This laptop is easy to use and the face is very clear which is good for an older person. I am very satisfied with this Dell!

The assistance provided to me by Nate, a member of the Geek Squad in your Oceanside, CA store on Vista way, took his time, and more importantly, his PATIENCE, to 'enlighten and humor' me, a "seasoned citizen with no kids or grandkids to rely on when it comes to computers, cell phones (anything I.T. related). My new Dell Inspiron 16.0" 2 in 1 touch laptop is super nice and fast. I work from home and it is perfect multiple spreadsheets open and working remote connectivity.

Excellent device, very good performance, great battery life, high res screen. Cons: a little bit heavy so when you convert to tablet is difficult to hold. But manageable.

This is a very fast computer. It has a great look and i love that you can use it as a tablet if you'd like. I strongly recommend it. Great deal!!

Except for the weight, everything is perfect. Nice build quality and super fast. Would not recommend if you want to carry this around a lot.

Have been using the laptop for past 3 weeks and very happy with it. Light weight but strong machine with i7 core processor and 16 gb memory.

This laptop computer was a Christmas gift from my husband. He wanted to get me one for a long time. I could not decide since there were so many models, companies, and capabilities. This was actually the winner. I needed a laptop computer to be soon home home-based business. Exceptional, and fun, I love the soft touchscreen. One of the fixtures I am enjoying is the LED light keyboard for travel. The perfect computer.

This is a nice computer. It's processor is very fast and efficient for what I needed. The speakers aren't the best but honestly what do you expect for a laptop.

This was a good purchase as a computer for our daughter to use at college. She likes the touch screen. The only draw back is that it is a little bit heavy.

If you need a laptop for school and are used to double screens, this is the one to go for. Perfect match of value and performance!
