Very good product fast nice very long the battery 100% recommend

Really happy with my new laptop. It is every thing that i needed for doing online tasks and resumes.

From windows 10 to windows 11 what a whole world of difference. This Dell laptop is so versatile and spacious and slim for travel. It really makes me feel so good asI get to use it quite often. I love the finger prints log in option it is so quick to get logged in.

I've had this less than a month & it's taking a wee bit of time to get used to Windows 11. I also have to download all my programs that the Geek Squad was unable to transfer, which is taking time to do. I've found out it can also be used as an iPad, which I haven't checked out yet.

Very pleased with this purchase. The quality of Dell computers is well know. The purchase and set-up of this machine was quick and easy. This is my second Dell laptop purchase from Best Buy and both were great experiences. Completely satisfied.

Inspirion 16.1 is the perfect laptop for both my business and my personal use. The 2 in 1 allows me to watch my favorites when im not working. Would absolutely purchae another if the opportunity presented itself.

Keyboard won’t stay lit and there does not appear to be a way to reset it

What everyone said about it being fast was definitely true. It starts up very fast and shuts down fast. Once I got the software set up and learned how to use the new layout everything about it was great.

While the laptop was basically fine. I didn't like the "slushy" keyboard. I prefer a more tactile set of keys.

I got this Dell for my personal use as it is the same as that I am used to with my work and like that. However, the most important feature I have used for years, File Explorer is not working properly. I will have to have the Geek Squad come to my home to look at it here, apparently, but it's surprising it didn't function properly at the start as it has in 3 laptops I've owned before.

Looks very good. The keyboard is slick and very good typing expernce. I am a heavy laptop user. I was able to run programming and mapping softwares smoothly and the display is good enough to work on large scale datasets. Happy so far.
