I like the fact of having many choses of computers at your finger tips , the service was friendly and knowledgeable! If he didnt know the answer he looked it up until he found it love the service and laptop that I purchased thanks agin !

Love the Dell brand laptops. My last dell lasted 7 years and still going. But it is loading slow and makes me wait to long to fire up. This new one instantly turns on and loads everything instantly. I enjoy using computers again.

Overall performance of my Dell Inspiron laptop is good but the battery is not working properly since the lifetime and percentage isn't according to the time and percentage showing on the screen, and every 3 to 5 minutes the battery duration and percentage is increasing and decreasing automatically which doesn't make sense to me.

I was hesitant having to purchase a new laptop since it has been awhile, but this laptop is working well. I am pleased with the functionality and efficiency of this laptop. I highly recommend.

The Best Buy technician was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best laptop for my needs. I love the laptop,but haven't used it much. I wish the Microsoft 365 software was included.

There is not one thing about this laptop that I can complain about. It works amazingly well with my work’s proprietary software. My favorite part is that my husband is now jealous and wants a new laptop too!! LoL!

Excellent laptop for average use and even more in depth applications !

It's surprisingly unstable honestly. I've had my zoom die in the middle of use, the sound has gone out as well as the camera. Was expecting a brand new machine to be reliable. I like the size of the machine and the picture is good and it synced easily with my old machine, but disappointing performance so far.

I have owned 12 laptops on my life, and this Dell is the best laptop i have owned. The staff at Best Buy in Wausau were Awesome. Its a 2 hour drive from our house, and i will make that drive again because of the excellent staff they have.

The computer is easy to use - The Geek Squad was easily able to transfer all my files from the old laptop. Every person - where the purchase was made, and where I picked it up were so nice and very professional.

I am delighted with my 16 inch 2-in-1 Touch Laptop. Very fast and exquisite display. When reversed I can watch movies with top notch sound and visual sharpness as if I’m in a movie theatre. Great looking machine with all of the fixings. Best purchase I ever made.

I love this new dell computer, it has two different safety measures for getting into the computer either by pin or finger print. I love the computer flatten down basically like a big tablet. Also that it has the button to open and close the camera.

The product is simple to carry and smooth to handle.
