Specs were amazing as well as the picture quality. The plus side is that it turned into a tablet as well! For price, I think its definitely bang for your buck.

The fact I can change it from a laptop to a tablet is amazing. The only down side is not having a number pad. I do alit of calculations and it's a little slower having to use the shift keys.

I tried to save a little money last time and went with a cheaper brand. The case broke too quickly. The setup on this one was easy, and I'm pleased and catching on pretty easily for a senior citizen.

The Dell Inspiration was recommended by the staff as an excellant replacement based on the work that I did on the unit. All in all it was a great choice.

A learning curve for my husband who always used a mouse and keyboard. The geek squad was very helpful helping us add a Bluetooth numbers pad and exstend an antivirus coverage from another keyboard.

But my bluetooth speaker has been having connectivity issues with the sound being crackly for video playback. To remedy, i have to remove the device and add it back again and sometimes restart the laptop. Not sure if its the speaker or the laptop drivers/software. Never had this problem with my 6 year old Lenovo.

Windows can adjust the brightness of the display based on how much light is reaching the system's ambient light sensor. This feature is referred to as 'adaptive brightness' and it can be disabled in Windows. Here are some steps to adjust this feature:
1. In the Search box, type Settings.
2. Touch or click Settings (Modern application).
3. Touch or click System.
4. On the Display screen find the Adjust my screen brightness automatically option.
5. Touch or click the slider to toggle the option on or off.
