    Updated a Dell 15 7000 I purchased at Best Buy in 2018 that was slowing down and the battery was starting to fail now after 5 years of daily use. Decided to stay with Dell and Best buy

    It's a great computer, excellent processing speeds, great clarity, and too many great capabilities to mention. The only major drawback is that it is HEAVY, and barely fits in my laptop sleeve in my travel bag. It's amazing for home use, a little less ideal to travel with.

    Great Laptop but sound card will not update. I have to call DELL SUPPORT and was able to fix the problem by remotely accessing my laptop but it was fixed
