    The computer works fairly good but it is way heavy. Carrying it in a backpack up the streets of San Francisco, when you have pulled muscles in your back, was miserable.

    within a month I was hearing a sporadic "white noice" static from the unit. I thought it was the speakers. It would rarely happen but became more frequent. I went YouTube, with had 2 or 3 fixes with "audio drivers". It seemed to work the first few times but eventually reoccurred more often. Contacted Dell.com and their automated chat was useless. Eventually got a human attempted fixes but ultimately had to escalate. But it came back. After weeks of back and forth and requests for me to send them the unit, they did sent a tech to replace the speakers. A week or so the problem started again. After some more weeks, anther tech came and replaced the "mother board" and fan. It was the fan. In the meantime, the unit started to be slow-mo when it came out of "sleep" mode. Had wait 2-3 minutes for every mouse click as I was forced to reboot every time it went into sleep mode. It's been a month, many system checks and diagnostics to establish I need to manually "sleep" the system when it's not in use...I'll give them our "morning coffee" call, but I already have another laptop in the cart. it's for my business so I'll have my IT guy wipe it to get it operating properly to re-sell...Dell is not my friend
