Open-box! Good but 1 year old product

You’ll have best buy warranty but Company Dell warranty of 1 year is already over in May 2024 meaning product is opened in May 2023. Display is bit dimmed.

Older was better!

The white on gray is not as visible as my former keyboard which was white on black. Also, I did not realize how much I would miss the number keypad which was on the right side of my former computer.

Class action against dell for defective hinges

Dell refuses to acknowledge that problem and refuses to fix it at no charge. I had to ship it to Dell and it cost me around $250 to get fixed. Base on this experience, would I buy another Dell computer?. The answer is no.

Buyer Beware

If it doesn't work I will have to take it back.

Great for home, not business

Not really geared toward business applications, and special software or programs you may need to run for work or job. It has crashed several times in the 6 weeks I've had it. Shoulda got a Latitude.
