The Geek squad was fantastic, but the computer was hard to navigate and, frankly, it is still not functioning properly.

Terrible Laptop- DOA in 14 months

It had trouble with the battery not charging from the first few months, and after lits of visits to the repair shop, who couldn't buy a new battery because the model was so new, I worked out a quirky way of keeping it partially charged. Eventually, the new battery became available for purchase which was when we learned it was a problem with the motherboard. I spend well over 1000 bucks on a piece of junk, not to mention all the time spent taking it to various places where I have membership for technical devices. I didn’t purchase the extended warranty, so despite the fact it's only a little over a year old, it's toast. I'll not purchase Dell again; I'll not buy from Best Buy again. I've had poor experiences with the last 4 purchases from Best Buy, to the point that I wonder if they sell seconds. Best Buy prod

So Many Issues

But as I use it, theres more problems appearing every day. It always opens up PC Accelerate which is an annoying app, it opens up random apps when I’m in the middle of doing some school work. It loads so slowly, and the laptop overheats like a PS4. Truly the worst purchase I’ve made, would not recommend.

Stated it was no longer available at tthe Christiana Mall Best Buy in Deleware. I go to the website and there it is again. What the heck is wrong with their stocking software, where they cant account for thei stock, lwt alone hinor a sale? Very disappointed. Questioning the value of the Best Buy brand.....
