I recently got this Dell laptop, and I'm pretty thrilled with it. The 16GB RAM makes everything run super smoothly; no annoying lags when I've got a bunch of apps open. Plus, the 1TB SSD is a game-changer – quick boot-ups and apps load in a snap. What really blew me away, though, is the battery life. I can work all day without worrying about finding an outlet. It's a real lifesaver for someone like me who's always on the move. And let's talk about the design – it's sleek and modern. The keyboard is comfy, and the display is so vibrant. Dell offers a great laptop once again. The laptop is nicely built (metal + plastic, but it does not feel cheap at all). It is pretty big and the screen and battery life are very top quality. The battery lasts longer than most of the previous laptops I ever had. The reason why I give it 4 stars (and the reason why I did not keep it) is that it’s very very heavy, like an elephant heavy. For the current price ($1099) I decided to buy a Macbook Air 15” at $999 (special offer). However, if you are love windows, want a windows and are not planning to bring your laptop in a backpack everyday, this is a GREAT laptop. Buy it on sale! ($899)

This lap top delivers a great picture and holds a charge. The lap top is lightweight for its size and fits perfectly into my lap top backpack which makes it easy to transport! The price was also rite for what I got! Thank you Best Buy staff for being informed about what the product has to offer and delivering the information to me. My purchasing experience was a pleasant one.

Excellent speed, battery life and enough storage for basic usage.

Honestly I had my heart set on a different laptop but the salesperson was lovely and showed me a few different laptops but we both agreed that this one was the only one (in store) that offered all the assets I was looking for. I was returning a Dell that I had bought the previous week and was dysfunctional so I was feeling a little burned but I'm so glad I took a chance with this laptop! I really think its fantastic. It's fast, hasn't been too hot in in my hands, and the battery life is AWESOME.

Best computer I have ever bought. I'm 54 years old and I have always gone the cheap route and been disappointed. I did my research this time and best buy was having a sale ..I saved $400 and got a years subscription to their membership. I am so happy with it!!! Laptop with 16 in screen 8 processors 16gb ram etc. It's a great gamer and regular work too. Check it out!!!

Great Price, very good performance, very good materials, excellent touch screen.

I am very pleased with this laptop, although there are several things I would like to change: The touchpad is extremely sensitive, and the friction of my shirt sleeve against it causes unintended changes; when the battery is overcharged, it overheats and shuts down for several hours, so you have to be careful not to leave it plugged in for too long.

I've had this computer for about a month and am very pleased with it. I don't use it for gaming so I can't determine the speed of operation for that purpose, but it is very fast for all other tasks. It starts quickly and accesses files quickly. I bought the Dell stylus and am happy with using the computer as a pad and writing with it. The battery power seems to last for several hours but it hasn't been pushed to it's limit. This is an excellent computer for the price point.

My wife bough this laptop and she is impressed by how it delivers more than she expected. The machine is fast, the price is good and it does a very good job for daily college tasks.

Seems well built, performs well, and was a great price. I don't like the MicroSoft OS, but works well with Linux. Touch screen is nice, first time I've had one on a laptop. I'm not rating the battery life because I've not really tested it yet. I've been using it plugged in. Getting ready to travel now, so will be testing it.

Great device and good price for what i get (processor, memory) The speed depends what you use, for domestic use its more than need it, for engineering its just enough (running Tia portal) The screen is really great, general tha computer has a good look. Things unusual that happen while using, controller screen may had an issue, and seen some black lineas flashing it stopped and seen never.

I have purchased many Dell products, but this is the first 2in1 computer. I love this computer! I do a lot of design work and this allows for smooth transitions between programs. It is fast and accurate, the touch screen allows me to use the computer as a tablet and it is light. The 1TB SSD allows for plenty of memory for my large files. I highly recommend this product.

Great laptop! I have not had any issues. The picture is nice and the battery life seems to be great. I have been using it for awhile now.

It's a good laptop that runs programs that all other recent computers run now. No idea how it works for gaming. Probably don't use it for that? Been using it for art. Everything works how it should for that... Umm... It's gets kind of hot and a little loud. But it's a laptop running demanding programs. What do you expect? Not sure how the battery is. It's only been used while plugged into the charger. Which I guess defeats the purpose of a laptop. Whatever.

I was hesitating to buy a new computer because of transferring all of my personal and business data. I finally had to, and it couldn't have been easier. I love the Dell, the screen has excellent size and resolution, and it is so lightweight and slim. Geek Squad was great in transferring everything and I've had no issues. Acclimated to the new computer within a week and I'm so happy I finally did it!!!

Love this laptop, had it one year, runs great, and battery is pretty decent. Nice touch screen. The laptop has a little weight to it.
