Upgraded to this laptop from 12 generation and 14" to 16" and 8 GB to 16 GB. Looking forward to using it starting today. Matt the GEEK SQUAD manager in Hurst TX refunded me for my old one that could not be repaired and offered me a new one! I picked this one! This is a BLESSING from Above, Truly! I am greatly enjoying my new Dell. I had a dell computer, years ago, then went with another brand. I am happy to return to Dell. It is a very substantial (yet in a small footprint) laptop. So far, it exceeds my expectations. It is very quick; the memory is more than sufficient for me, and it is nice looking as well.

I have been a an hp fan for quite sometime now. But i have always dreamt of owning dell products and this laptop is one of its kind. I don’t think of going back to hp again any time soon. Just to say, it’s not easy to find high performing laptop with a large display size, better RAM, storage size, build quality with this price. The battery is awesome too. I recommend the product 100%

I love the larger screen on my Inspiron 16 than I have on my corporate Lattitude machine with a 14 inch screen. I also think the integrated speakers sound better. For the price I found it to be the best performance in the market, plus it was on sale from Dell at the time which made it a very easy decision.

Nice PC, lightweight, good performance, holds a great charge

I took advantage of the offer from Best Buy, along with a few gift cards, and I am extremely happy with this laptop. It’s fast, easy to use, and I am impressed. I used it while on vacation in Las Vegas. No connection issues while on the airplane and just blessed to have this laptop.

My first laptop, changed from a long outdated all-in-one computer. It is a good size and has as much storage and active working memory as I need. The service agent in computers was excellent with the amount of information and explanation given to help me find the best fit for my computing needs.

This 2 in 1 computer is excellent for our famlily to use, I bought this computer especially for my son, the idea is he can use it to do his class works without print it out, and I can flip the screen to teaching him about how to slove the questions which is he got confusing. Perfect product!

Amazing laptop even though it's a bit pricey it is well worth the money! My only complaint is that the touchpad is not great and an external mouse is almost required to be super productive. Love the touch screen feature!

This Dell Inspiron 16.0" 2in 1 Touch Laptop is a great deal for the price. The 16" screen is great for work or watching movies or gaming. The speakers are excellent and the 2 in 1 makes it even better. Display is clear and battery life it great.

I love my new Dell laptop! The touch screen is great! I love the back lit keys and the large touch pad. All the ports (USB A, C, SD Card, HDMI) are very handy. The laptop charges quickly, and it stays charged for a long time. The laptop boots up quickly and accesses the wifi and performs as expected.

I like this computer - the screen is large and overall a pretty simple computer to use. Very user friendly! Taking off a star because I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t recording with my microphone well for the longest time - it was because I HAD to use the right usb port instead of the left…. I have never had this problem before on my previous laptop and was frustrated by the time wasted trying to figure out what was wrong.

This computer doubles as a laptop and a tablet. The screen will bend all the way back to allow you to use the tablet side which means of course it's a touch screen. It also has a long-lasting battery to allow many hours of use away from the need to be recharged. Great value for the money!

Seamlessly moves between applications, has enough ram to operate multiple applications at once without lag. The touchscreen and abilty to change to tablet mode is exactly what I needed in a laptop design. The large screen allows for a superior view in comparison to smaller laptop designs.
