Large crystal clear screen. Fast start up and processing speed. Happy with the purchase.

When my old Dell tower died, decided topurchase a laptop. This is a wireless machine. Almost everything I hadwith the tower was built in. This requires severl peripherals, for instanc e to load any additional programs I need a CD player to hook on. Setting up a wireless HP printer caused all sorts of problems. I have still not mastered the art of typing on a reduced size keyboard, especially with this layout.

Love this new laptop that can be a laptop or a tablet. Super fast and very clear screen. Plus the Geek Squad set it up for me - even better.

My husband loves the large screen but wished it came with an internal DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive and did not have to buy an external drive.

Nice to have full size keyboard with numeric pad. Lots of software update prompts when you get started which gets annoying. Otherwise very happy with purchase.

This monitor is huge which is one thing I was looking for and it wouldn't empty my bank account. Everything looks nice on paper. Big enough hard drive, good graphics but extremely slow and fragile feeling. This monitor should be just a little thicker for strength. I moved back from using a Mac for years and I'm not impressed

So far this has been an amazing laptop. It is efficient. Easy. Fast. Love the 17 inch screen. The quality is amazing. Plenty of everything anyone would need. . I had two other brands that I had to take back that were not Dell's. Have no idea why I even considered anything but Dell. So far no problems with this one. . I have owned several Dell computers and have been so pleased with all of them . The last one I had lasted 15 years. I also own a smaller Dell that my husband uses every day. Highly recommended. Love Dell products.

Great Laptop, I brought for my personal use with touch screen. We are very excited. Huge Memory.

Awesome laptop! The only thing I added that made it better was a m.2 ssd drive. This laptop comes with a 1tb hhd and has an open m.2 slot. Installed a 240gb Samsung 850 evo and the laptop is lightning fast. Boot time from pressing the power button to fully loaded went from 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 10 seconds.

Although Best Buy was a great choice for my purchase, this laptop did not meet my needs. I needed a more powerful machine and the mouse was problematic.

I have had this for three years. it has basically been a good laptop. i work on it almost everyday. battery was never a longlasting one so it needs to be plugged in most of the time. it has failed me several times, but I have Total Tech and they were able to clean it up for me and tune it up.

Better than most desktop computers for gaming. Nvidia graphics, plenty of RAM, i7 CPU, what more could you possibly need in a laptop?

I like thus computer overall, it starts up fairly quickly, runs fairly quickly and performs all the tasks I need it to. the only thing is so.etimes, after logging in, it takes a couple moments to wake up and respond. beyond that there's nothing I would change. I even like the metal case this computer is in, versus the customary plastic. it gives it a good weight and feel.

Touch is great for my wife. She can no longer use a mouse. The folding is convenient to position for Comfort and ease of use .

We purchased two of these computers only a couple of weeks ago, and so far they are meeting all of our expectations. We had no issues with set-up and I have to say that I enjoy the face recognition to log in.

So far, it has been excellent. Very happy with the purchase and the price. For a desktop replacement that still provides portability and tablet capability, I don't think anything on the market can touch it.

I was looking for a 2n1 computer and this one was on sale so I snagged it. Processor is fast and the layout is easy to use.

Great laptop for a multi-tasker. Large screen size with lots of memory.

Very surprised at the ease of doing what I need to do on it. Still need to figure out the bluetooth, but I'm not worried about that really.
