User friendly computer. Like speeed at capabilities

This computer had a hard drive go bad after only 3 months of use. Dell was useless in getting it going again. And I've had to have the operating system reinstalled about every 3 months since. Which means I have to set the whole thing up again each time. I use it for my photography business so it's crucial for it to be running for me. Luckily, I bought the Geek Squad protection for it. It's the only computer that I've ever had that caused me this much trouble. Dell customer service has been a major disappointment too. I wouldn't buy another Dell product ever again.

Excellent laptop, fast great screen, very easy to use once you get up to speed with windows 10.

It's big! Can be used as a regular laptop or giant tablet which is great. This model doesn't come with an SSD, but I bought one aftermarket and added it in without any issues. Lots of hard drive space and looks great although it would have been better with a higher resolution, perhaps 4K. Otherwise it's a nice 2 in 1.

I've been using this laptop for a month or so. I have found my Dell Inspiron to be robust and fast. I use this laptop for general web browsing, email, producing documents and for photo and video editing. It runs my video editing software (Pinnacle Studio 20 Ultimate) quite well. I'm not a gamer nor do I watch much video other than some Youtube stuff, but for what I do use it, I'm pleased with its performance.

I have used DELL and other laptops products for years. I prefer DELL, never had a problem easy to upgrade.

Love this new windows 10 Dell laptop it super fast and not too heavy for a 17 inch laptop.

I got this laptop used at a good price, minor scuffs on the outside but those were a non issue. Screen is excellent and the touch screen feature works well. My only complaints are that I didn't realize this unit does not come with an RJ45 network adapter and that the touch pad like to click on links randomly.

I really like the touch screen and the ease of use. I think it is slow in booting up.

For the price paid, it's a good computer, the shipping was fast and the computer was in good condition.

Absolutely LOVE this laptop and was definitely worth the upgrade from my previous one and well worth the money spent! Just be careful with the Price Match Guarantee listed in store or online since they later refunded me $100 since I had found the exact computer cheaper elsewhere, showed them in store yet they told me this computer, which I later proved had the same exacts specs, supposedly couldn't be price matched even though the website clearly stated it could be because Best Buy does something special to it to make it different from the average version which is totally not true. With all that aside however, this laptop is perfect for what I need it for. No gaming since I'm strictly a console chick, casual social media... mainly shopping online like the female that I am. ;) Great purchase!!

I was looking for a bigger laptop. This suited my needs. Loved the size. Has a keypad. Battery lasts long enough while not plugged in. Highly reccomended

This is everything I was looking for in a Laptop, I'm a basic internet browser, shopper, with light work. I've had it for about a month, not one issues.

I am very happy with the touchscreen on my new computer!!! It is alittle tricky to work at times, deletes things very quickly, but overall I love it!

Bought for my wife to replace her old one. She loves it. Fast and easy to use.

I haven't had a lot of time to use this computer much. My recommendations may change in time.
