I am satisfied the way this laptop run specially in my editing software

This is my 3rd laptop from Best Buy the salesman talked me into another brand I took his advice and when back the next day with a problem service dept was very rude would not address my problem unless I purchased an extended plan I returned the first laptop and stuck with dell and I don't have any problems at all manager stepped in and made the return and purchase pain free.

Beautiful, big laptop with the right specs for my purposes. It's not as fast as I hoped, but does the trick. It's fairly heavy, but portable enough. For me, it's a desktop replacement that can be easily moved around the house to different rooms. I don't plan to use it for travel. Sleek design and looks elegant. I've had it a few months now and haven't had any issues.

Love this computer.I do alll of my banking online, pay credit card billspaly games and import all of my pictures and videos.

So we bought 2 of these - one for me and one for my daughter for Christmas. Mine, the motherboard crashed the first day. Had to be completely replaced. The second one is still having issues. It doesn't run very well. Jury is still out as to whether I am going to take it back or not. My daughter has had no troubles with hers, however, she doesn't run very much on it. I run World of Warcraft on it. For a $700 laptop, it should be able to handle this. I'm questioning whether it really can. I think it may be the cause of my troubles. My OLD laptop was just as much trouble as this new one and it was FREE. As for the specifics on it, I love the touch screen and the size of it is wonderful. I love the spacing of the keys (one of my biggest issues with laptops) and the overall size of the keyboard. It's a lot like a macbook. My daughter loves being able to fold the monitor back and draw on it like a tablet (she's an artist.) Lots of pros to it as long as you don't want to load anything too heavy on it. It obviously can't handle the load.

This is the same computer as my work laptop, just 2 years newer. fast and quick to respond. plus its so much thinner.

the speed of the computer is great. the combination of SSD drive and I7 CPU works great and makes tasks much easier.

This computer is a great value and meets our needs of a fast, beautiful, 2-in-1 that we can run audio software off of.

i like this a lot but it has no dvd drive so i would not recommend!
