Bought this from "The cage" so it was either a display model or return. Either way, I'm very satisfied on how fast the computer is overall. Boots up a little slow but otherwise, very decent system.

This is the best computer I've ever owned. I wasn't always a big fan of laptops but this 17" 2n1 is the best, well with the money! Love the large 17" size, 2n1 tablet option and backlit keyboard.

The laptop is an excellent laptop for school and gaming. The only issue I had was 28 days after I bought the laptop it could not find the hard drive to boot from. It was after a Dell update everything failed after that. It erased the factory image, and any backups I had. Brought it in and Best Buy swapped it for a new one. Great customer service.

We are primarily Mac users but needed a Windows machine for a highly specialized quilting software. This machine will do what we need.

Not as fast as I expected. Haven't figured out how to get all the windows on the monitor, still having to open to access. Not fast.

This is a great laptop! The speed, memory, and graphic packages are perfect for my work in writing/editing and editing photos. I have had no problems setting it up with my personal preferences.

The size and weight are perfect. Sleek classic design. The screen resolution is beyond what i could have imagined. Overall could not be happier with the decision i made to purchase this laptop.

I bought this laptop to be a gaming rig, but so far all I've done with it is set it on my coffee table to browse while watching TV, lol, i'll install some games on it eventually :D

Great laptop and a great value. It was a wonderful replacement machine for an older laptop. Having the large keyboard was a nice feature, as that seems to be offered on fewer machines these days.

I work with Dell laptops daily at wok. These laptops take a lot of abuse (university setting). They are user friendly, and strong!

Good value for the price. Excellent sales and technical staff.

Pc is great but power button in a bad place. Right side up front makes it easy to accidentally power off when picking up laptop.

I like that you have the option to use it as a tablet or lap top & split screen. Although i am having a problem with the slowness of lap top especially when there are updates i can't figure out what's going on as i have high speed internet. Other people in the home using their laptops or other devices have no problem speed is fast. I would recommend if this problem is fixed i have yet to see. Otherwise i like it.

Mom needed a new laptop for her embroidery software. The three of us picked one out easily matching the specifications for the software and had no problem getting it set up for her.

Need was high for a 2n1, wanted SSD variation but would have take 30 to 45 to be ready. Didn't/Couldn't wait that long.

It's big. The screen is great for working, watching movies. I can see it well when working outside. The fit and finish is high quality. One of the better Dell machines I've owned.

I was working on my computer doing office work when my computer shut down. I panicked as I was going to loose everything but Geek squad was able to transfer data to new computer.

It gets better. I like that when I'm not sure about something it is easy to find an answer and get the guidance I need.

Very nice and easy to use. I bought it for its sleek and lightness. It was very affordable and i like the style. Dell computers r always reliable and thats why i chose this one.
