I took it to the Geek Squad at the store and he had no suggestions or help. Other than it is enviromental issue. I have 2 other computers, none of which had any issues at all. In fact I have 2 work from home jobs that require stellar internet connectivity. No issues on any other computer. I will also mention that these issues occurred when no other computers were connected to the internet or even in use. The freezing issue was not internet related but happened during use offline. I returned the computer and purchased an HP that was not a 2 in 1 elsewhere. Since purchasing the HP computer I have heard that 2 in 1s have these issues. I found out the hard way. I am happy with my new HP laptop and I have had zero issues using the new computer. Which also proves it was not environmental. I would not recommend this computer. Too many issues.

I heard there's a 100 dollar thing you can buy to give it more speed. But for the hefty price of the computer, I shouldn't have to spend 100 more. This i7 7th gen is no faster than my old AMD processor (technology before the 1st Gen i3!

Posted .Hello suebeee41, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds on your new Dell laptop. We'd recommend the following tips to help add speed to your computer:
Delete temporary files and directories
1. Click Start, then in the search bar type "disk". Disk Cleanup should appear on the menu above the search box.
2. Run disk cleanup and eliminate unneeded temporary files (Search results, Internet Cache and other windows temp files you may no longer need)
3. Select files you want to delete then click OK to start the cleanup process.
Uninstall applications you no longer use
1) Open the Programs and Features application in Control Panel.
2) Scan the list of applications installed for ones that you no longer use.
3) Highlight any application you no longer use and then click the uninstall button at the top of the list. Follow the prompts to uninstall.
4. Repeat for each application you want to uninstall.
5. Move large files and/or seldom used files to backup media (Photos, Music you seldom listen to, application downloads after the application has been installed etc.).

This poor quality caused me to return the computer. On returning it, I was told that this was a characteristic of this computer. I guess Best Buy should not be recommending it.
