    I am delighted with my new Dell. After struggling with a very slow desk top computer I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this one. I am sure I don't know all the little in's and out's of Dell but I have been having fun with drag and drop. I had help setting up the computer. Kind of a novice when it comes to electronics. I expect to use the geek squad on occasion.

    Overall we like our new investment and would recommend it to a friend. The Geek squad was very helpful and necessary. We didn't like that we had to buy the 365 Word Program as last time is was included. How often do we need to change batteries in the wireless part?
