This all-in-one is truly that for our family. My wife uses it for blogging and writing with MS Office, while my 4 kids use it for homework, videos and light gaming and it's perfect. Large touch-screen, great speakers, and a generous 1TB hard drive.

Just to use as a digital karaoke jukebox machine. The computer works great, the audio output is a little sketchy. But with a direct box I've been able to make it work just fine.

We needed a basic but functional windows platform to run some of our business programs that were not optimized for the apple system we run. This all in one computer does all we need.

Even though the features on the computer sounded good, this computer is very slow. Took forever starting up!

I have just had a few glitches at the beginning of using my Dell. But it was all me. I got the help I needed from the support center, figured out what I was doing wrong and now I am up and running at full speed. I really am enjoying the new Dell.

This computer saves a lot of space on my desk, but still is capable of the work of a tower computer. The keyboard that comes with the computer is very basic, but it works.

I would like to have received more detailed information, especially regarding the warranty and instruction "papers". The product itself lives up to it's brand thus far. Am still working my way around Windows 10 (coming from XP), but so far have had no problem with it.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews - they all said this model was slow. And this processor is EXTREMELY slow! I convinced myself that since it was a Dell product it couldn't be that bad, but I wish now I had gone with the HP that was displayed right beside it, that had the Intel processor. Would not recommend this computer.

The pc is probably fine when new. But the mistake was in buying an "open box". We were sold a "bill of goods" stating our extended warranty included in home Geek Squad (it does not). The pc can't sleep (it don't wake up) - they can't fix it. It shuts down prematurely and came with nothing in it. Also, (not Best Buy's fault), it sits too low on the desk. Is slow & unresponsive. If I could return it I would.

I bought this computer for my wife as she is in university. It is to be used mainly for word processing, surfing the web and downloading information. So fr it has exceeded our needs.

Bought it for my sister. Reviews claimed its a good computer for an average student who does some minor browsing. She has yet to try it.

This PC is OK. I use it mostly for email and web browsing. I find it is much slower than I expected and seems to lock up frequently.

I was looking for a computer. Not knowing much about them or what I might need. The guy at Best Buy was very helpful and I didn't get more than I needed. My Dell Envy computer works great. And I can't say enough about the young man that helped me.

This was a replacement PC and it performs well. It does have a glare from the reflection in the room. There doesn't seem to be anything that can fix the reflection.

Replacing an old Gateway that had a problem updating Windows 10. My only concern is the lack of a solid state hard drive.

I am very impressed as to the function of the computer. Technology has come a long way since I purchased my last computer. This one has more than I can handle. I am eagerly learning what I can do on this computer. Very pleased with my purchase.

The processor on this machine is just good, not great. I kind of expected a little better performance (even with this being an AMD).

We use the computer for paying bills , save pictures and play games. Ideal for my husband and myself . Love that the computer is wireless and has the latest features that we are learning to use.

size of screen is amazing, great for office usage BUT lack of cpu speed and memory recommend do an upgrade of memory and SSD

Actually went to the store to buy something else, turned out this was in stock for a little more, she was tired of her laptop so she wanted something a little bigger.....
