You just pick up and go. In and out in 5-10 minutes. They even have designated parking for pickup customers at our store. Go Best Buy.

I had to restore to factory settings 4 times. We still had all the packaging receipts etc so decided to take it back to Best Buy they would do nothing to help as never took geek squad. Ridiculous that's a few products that we have purchased from Best Buy and almost every thing has been faulty. I'm extremely careful with everything and so are my family. So this is very disappointing. I won't be purchasing anything from this company again.

It's great and she loved it got lots of brownie points for dad.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that the fan on your new computer is louder than you had anticipated. We'd recommend trying the following tips to help with this: Here are some tips to help with fan noise -
A: Cleaning the Vents
1. Check the vents on the computer to see if they are covered with dust and not allowing heat and air to pass through.
2. Turn off the system.
3. Remove all power sources: Unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery, or unplug the desktop power Cord.
4. Use a compressed air can to blow the dust out of the vents. Be sure to hold the can at an upright angle (near 90 degrees), and hold it 15-20 centimeters (6-8 inches) away from the vent.
B: Update the BIOS: An out-of-date BIOS can cause loud fan noises by having an outdated temperature table for the system. Refer to update BIOS and follow the instructions to update the BIOS on your computer.

If you would like some tips for speeding up your device you can try these tips: Delete temporary files and directories - 1. Click Start, then in the search bar type "disk". Disk Cleanup should appear on the menu above the search box. 2. Run disk cleanup and eliminate unneeded temporary files (Search results, Internet Cache and other windows temp files you may no longer need) 3. Select files you want to delete then click OK to start the cleanup process. Uninstall applications you no longer use - 1. Open the Programs and Features application in Control Panel. 2. Scan the list of applications installed for ones that you no longer use. 3. Highlight any application you no longer use and then click the uninstall button at the top of the list. Follow the prompts to uninstall. 4. Repeat for each application you want to uninstall. Move large files and/or seldom used files to backup media (Photos, Music you seldom listen to, application downloads after the application has been installed etc.). 5. Empty the Recycle Bin. We hope these tips help speed up your device a little more than what it was like before.

I have only had this product for six weeks and already it has been giving me problems. Already have had to reboot this Dell to get it to work for me three times. It will come on and then the screen goes blank and can't get any thing to work necessitating a restart. Having been a loyal Dell owner for years, this made me upset especially when my daughter-in-law told me over and over again that I should have purchased an Apple.

I don't play games on the computer or anything like that but if your looking for fast internet browsing for an affordable price this is all you need.
