Pages take long time to load, I can't get,it to load Hotmail...videos stop every five seconds to buffer, I'm thinking of returning this and never buying a Dell again.

I also found that using a vertical touch screen was more awkward than not. Perhaps, if I had given it more time I might have gotten used to it and seen its benefits. Returned it and got an HP desktop. Also bought a new HDMI screen so I ended paying about twice as much but am happy now.

Haven't even downloaded anything on it other than Webroot! I'm pretty upset right now, I don't have 600 bucks to just throw away! It keeps telling me my computer didn't properly restart but it won't automatically fix it either!
