Cheap wifi card

However computer only has single vs dual wifi. 2.4 only. Very antiquated for 2016 model. Even my old android cellphone has dual wifi. Dell & Best Buy choose to not stand behind product & upgrade wifi card. Very disappointed.

I'm not tech saavy, but I am able to compare what I've had with what I got. What a pain in the @zz this thing is. Should have just kept with Inspirion. Doesn't help that it comes with Windows 10.

I have been told it is a aoftware problem, not a hardware problem. I love the all in one model and the screen size is great. However having to pay for service twice within a yeat is not fun.
