Open box computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it works, it works good. Mouse and keyboard lasted about three weeks. About every two weeks, I have to unplug the computer. Then it works good again. I guess there was a reason they brought it back. Of course, my 15 day return period expired before the issues showed up. Lesson learned.

Not what I expected

It takes a LONG time to turn on and a lot of the functions run slowly. Also, I've never had a computer that required updates so frequently-usually once a day if not more.

Not Durable

I bought it and after 2 days I just bump a little to my table and it fell. It's been a month now and I am still waiting for it to be fix. I have a geek squad and they are still working on it. Don't buy this model.
