very good product i really recomended because i buy dis product because i need for my kids to do homework

It takes me awhile to find things but we are working on it.

Brought home and worked for 1 and 1/2 weeks. Then husband was in hospital for 2 weeks. Computer not touched. Screen goes red.green.blue.but not on. Course did not discover till 2 weeks up. Didn't select this computer, but they were out of one wanted and sales guy said was comparable...

I like the computer I just wish Windows was how it was before

Didn't work as soon as I turned it on. The touch screen kept malfunctioning. Then when I tried updating drivers the computer completely shut down. I waited almost a week for Dell to come fix it, they never came. I had to go back to Best Buy and they replaced it with an HP all in one.

My wife is very happy with her new set up and so am I.

I recently bought this it was a demo they told me that they clean them up. So I turned it on not even 2 weeks and it had a something wrong with the software.... so mad had to buy extra for software...

Was hesitant to buy after sale rep explained that it only had i3 processor but no problems yet

I was lucky to find this dell deal after comparing specs with the help of a very knowledgable sales rep.

Bright screen. Takes a while for web pages to populate.

The computer is no good! Wouldn't start after 5.5 weeks! We took it back to exchange it since my grandmother wants to use it for personal and business. She took it back and best did not want to replace it! I had to explain that we are elite members and that purchase a great deal of products. They had me on hold for a total of an hour when I called the store. I eventually got the right person and they told me they would replace the computer. I told them my grandmother is 77 and does not know how set the system , software and printer I bought from Best Buy. I explained that since the item should be installed by the Geek squad for no charge since she has no one to set it up for her. The Assistant manager was standing right next to the person on the phone with but would not get on the phone and address the issue! Some "Customer Service Hugh? In the beginning they knew my budget but did not care! I told them how much we were looking to spend for the computer and printer. He hit me the extra charge for the Microsoft package after he rung up the first two items. ( I had no idea I had to pay extra! He did this while another customer who was literally 1 foot away from me! I was embarrassing! Suffice to say we are going to likely take All of our money somewhere else

I like the fact that there is no other box to deal with.

I try to get away from it but Dell still makes the best computers, glad I got mine.
