I've enter 6 months of data into it and the software crashed. Geek squad notified me today that it's a known problem with windows 10. They can recover my data unless I pay $250 to recover it. I bought over $200 in geek squad coverage and all they can do reset it to factory settings. Complete junk!! I work 40 hours a week at my job plus 3-4 a night on my event. It's all gone.....

It would be almost "unusable" with the mechanical hard drive. As this was for a client. I put in a Samsung EVO SSD and could not get it to boot after cloning it. I downloaded the ISO from Dell and did a clean install of Windows, still could not boot. I disabled all of the secure boot features and what not but still no luck. I ended up having to put Windows 7 on it, which had no problems. I found just a few forum posts of people with the same problem, but no clear resolution. I've since set up the Intel version of this with and SSD and it worked without a problem. The Best Buy's stores seem to only be carrying the AMD version of this.

I believe it is because it is a touch screen. Windows Edge crashes more then twice a day. I've had much better luck with HP PC's. I'm not impressed by this one at all.
