I do think that best buy should send me a gift card since I'm having to wait on dell to come fix it for 7 to 10 business days.

Really regret buying this computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to try this pc since it had a good price for the specs and a bigger, nicer monitor than what I had been using. Unfortunately it has truly let me down. I haven't even bothered installing most of the programs that I had on my old computer since this computer runs the most basic programs so poorly. Chrome, Spotify and World of Warcraft are pretty much all I try and use anymore. Booting up can take several minutes at times, loading new programs usually takes 20+ seconds just for the window to appear, then 10+ seconds for anything to show up in the window. Even just clicking on the folder icon on the bottom bar takes an abnormally long time. I have to play WoW with every setting turned to its minimum (turned off if given the option) and it's still poor performance and frequent crashes. I have a 6 year old laptop that runs faster and better. Today this computer completely locked up for 10+ minutes and had to be force shut down TWICE in about an hour (each time followed by 5 minute reboots). I have an appointment tomorrow to bring int he computer and have a diagnostics done- I am crossing my fingers that a refund is offered. I have been using computers for over 20 years, and this is the worst computer I have ever used.

We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are any ways that you can speed up your computer:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
