For the price, not satisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only had the computer less than 3 months and already had to replace the hard drive. I used the computer maybe 3 times since the purchase and for the price I would expect it to last at least a year if not more. But I guess that’s what you get for purchasing a dell.

Posted .Hi Drew, Thanks for your Dell All-In-One purchase and for your review. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble turning your computer on. We'd recommend the following steps if this continues to be an issue:
1. If the computer is displaying the Dell logo and does not move past that point, it has probably failed POST.
2. If the power indicator lights up and it is amber or orange, this is usually an indicator that it has failed POST.
3. If you see text on a black screen, the computer is currently performing the POST. If the computer stays in that condition and does not move past it, it has probably failed POST.
4. If the video screen displayed anything at all during the startup process but is now black, this probably indicates that the computer failed POST.
5. If the computer is beeping or if Caps/Num/Scroll Locks are flashing, note if there is a particular pattern in which it beeps or flashes.
6. If the computer is not beeping and caps/num/scroll locks are not flashing, unplug all connections and remove all media communication devices (e.g. external monitors); reconnect one at a time and check if the computer functions.
7. For a notebook, press and hold the Fn key and then press the power button. This starts the pre-boot testing and will launch ePSA. In case you have a Desktop at the Dell logo screen tap the F12 key to enter One Time Boot Menu and use the arrow keys to highlight Diagnostics and press enter.

Slowest Computer I have ever purchased
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Dell computer is the slowest computer I have ever had. Once it loads a site in Microsoft Edge it will not find other pages. It constantly comes back with Hmmm can't find the page. I would return it if I could but after two weeks of use I am sure no refund is in order. A true disappointment

Would not recommend
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent a day setting it up with updates, loading software, etc. Not exactly sure why it would not stream more than 1 web page at a time and it was very slow and after trying to work with Dell through chat, gave up and took it back. Bought an HP all-in-one - works like a charm right out of the box.

Very Slow computer
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased this computer back in 2018, it has gotten so slow. When I run task manager it shows 100% disk space even when no app is running. I am very dissatisfied with it and I feel like I have wasted my money!

Lots of potential unrealized
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the concept of this machine, sadly, the reality is lacking. Multiple service calls for software glitches and now, at 10 months old, the mother board dies?! Dell "serviced" it with a new m-board but it is not the machine it was before. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
