Brand new computer took 3 days for the geek squad to transfer from my old computer. Got it home, only half way worked, very slowly, the completely died after 1 1/2 days! Totally unfixable. Thanks to best buy we were able to return it and get an upgrade to the inspiron and even got some money back!

Looked like a good product but it wasn't in stock at my local store.

I should of spent the money for a mac, I really expected more.

WARNING : HAS WINDOWS 10 INSTALLED !!! Great boat anchor , useless computer. Slower and less capable than a 10 year old Vista machine it replaced. Would have returned it but Best Buy doesn't do that after 15 days on anything !!! Only gave 1 star because I could not give less !

This computer never did what it was supposed to. I figured it was malfunctioning so I returned it and tried 3 times and all 3 were horrible. Eventually we got a store credit and bought the HP...should have known better...I've never had a Dell that was worth its weight in feathers.

computer doesnt start fast it is very slow wouldn't buy it again

I bought the dell computer and had the geek squad install my files. I found out after the fact that the one off the shelf was broken and switched with another computer of the same make and model. The computer crashed about ten days after using it. Worst computer I ever had.

I purchased this computer and in less than a year it quit turning on. I was originally told it was a board, than told it was just software issue. The is wouldn't turn on again and it's out of warrantee. Don't buy.

tis does not work well at all one of the worst computers out there I thought dell was better than this but now I am stuck with a computer that even on the internet can not even find outlook mail or anything elses I have markerd the first time

Fatal crash installing MS Office for home. Unrecoverable. PC returned inoperable.

Got this computer and it was a nightmare, the computer has problems and had to have it serviced twice and it was still faulty, took months of back and forth with Dell to be able to have the computer exchanged

I purchased this computer and had internet installed and it would not work with it at all. Come to find out the Wireless network wasn't compatible with gigabit internet had to get another computer

I was hoping for a little more from this Dell. On paper it's good...23.8" touch screen, 8 gb ram, 1 tb hard drive, wireless keyboard and mouse, Windows 10...but in performance it's a little lacking. The problem is it's just a little slow to do everything. I thought the AMD A-8 processor would be a step up, but it's not, quite disappointed in it. Computer is pretty average moving between tasks, lots of little delays every time doing anything. Web browsing speed just average, especially when moving from website to website. Will be returning it to get into a Intel i5 or i7 processor computer to speed things up. The screen is good, sound is decent, overall a fair machine if you're looking for solidly average performance throughout. For the price, it isn't a terrible machine. But the keyboard isn't very good, wireless card loses connection alot if you have any other Internet connected device nearby connecting to your home wireless router, and again just aggravating the slow response time with the processor moving between applications and web pages. With this computer, really see how far AMD is lagging behind Intel with the processing speed. With my experience even an Intel i3 processor works faster than this machine. I would avoid this one if you're looking for snappy performance that will last you 2-5 years, this one already feels slow and it's a new 2015 machine. Pros: Screen size good Decent enough sound Windows 10 a good operating system Decent hard drive/ram specs for price Cons: Slow Internet connectivity problems with other Internet connected devices nearby Wireless keyboard not very easy to type on Will feel outdated pretty quickly due to AMD processor

Disappointing product. I have had dell before. Returned after one week. Had to pay to transfer data to this computer and then to transfer data to another computer

Bought this computer for the church to show PPT on TV monitors. Unit crashed after one day. Swapped for another and it crashed just as soon as HDMI cable was connected.

It has graphics issues. Until Dell fixes these issues, I wouldn't recommend this PC.

I would not purchase this computer. I returned two of them within three weeks. They are not reliable, they have a bug and for the money HP is better.

I bought this knowing it was a certified open box. When I tried it, the keyboard didn't work and the mouse wouldn't connect. I returned it.

This is my first DELL and I think it will be my last Dell. I am disappointed in Best Buy for not telling me more about my purchase.

Only got it in 12 2016 and it stopped working. Will never bu this brand agai only a year and 6mo should of worked a lot longer.
