We were so excited about this computer. it is beautiful, touchscreen, big screen, wireless decent price, almost perfect! but no.... the performance of this computer is terrible. not even a week old and already crashing???? not sure if it has anything to do with the windows 10 but wow DELL don't think I will be purchasing anymore products from this company. all of the specs are not what they seem. I would actually be happier with a macbook, sigh. buy at your own risk. I like having a quality computer that will last me years and years and my moneys worth. not A WEEK. will be returning

Burningrock - Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your new All-In-One is not turning on the way that it should. Here are a few tips of ways that you can try to get your computer started:
      1. If the computer is displaying the Dell logo and does not move past that point, it has probably failed POST.
      2. If the power indicator lights up and it is amber or orange, this is usually an indicator that it has failed POST.
      3. If you see text on a black screen, the computer is currently performing the POST. If the computer stays in that condition and does not move past it, it has probably failed POST.
      4. If the video screen displayed anything at all during the startup process but is now black, this probably indicates that the computer failed POST.
      5. If the computer is beeping or if Caps/Num/Scroll Locks are flashing, note if there is a particular pattern in which it beeps or flashes.
      6. If the computer is not beeping and caps/num/scroll locks are not flashing, unplug all connections and remove all media communication devices (e.g. external monitors); reconnect one at a time and check if the computer functions.
      7. For a notebook, press and hold the Fn key and then press the power button. This starts the pre-boot testing and will launch ePSA. In case you have a Desktop at the Dell logo screen tap the F12 key to enter One Time Boot Menu and use the arrow keys to highlight Diagnostics and press enter.

I don't have a ton of room in my small alcove office area and this all- in-one computer with a 24inch monitor is perfect for me. I love not having to loose space on my desktop or in the limited knee hole area for a conventional tower. Easy to move for cleaning or to take to another room with everything in one piece of equipment . It even has a built in CD/DVD burner...very happy with this Dell product!

I ordered this computer based on the online reviews only and my first chance to see it was when I took it out of the box and set it up. The display is spectacular. It is as good as if not better than far more expensive computers that you'd buy from Apple. In buying this computer, I'm making a transition from Windows 7 (my work PC) and the latest Mac OS (my previous home computer, which was a Macbook Pro) to Windows 10. Thus far, I've found using it to be pretty intuitive and I was able to transfer files over and install and use the applications I required with very little difficulty. I'm also finding that I like the "bells and whistles" of Windows 10 more than OS X El Capitan.

I bought this computer right after Thanksgiving. Thus far I am very pleased with its performance. Had to upgrade my internet speed from the telephone company, but needed the extra band width in order to really utilize the machine's capability. The all in one feature really cleans up the desk by eliminating all of the wires other than power. Only disappointment is the cheap feeling wireless keyboard!! Dell could have done better!! Overall I am happy.

Got this computer home and was so excited. It fit my price range, my minimum requirements for processor, great hard drive space, etc. I set things up and then everything seemed to go downhill from there. The machine bogged down completely to an almost unusable state. I had chosen a quad core processor because I thought that would be nice and speedy. Apparently this particular AMD A8 processor is not so great for the Windows 10 environment. I wasn't even burdening the system. I only had Mail and Internet Explorer running. Brought it back. Disappointing. Bought the ASUS all-in-one with i3 dual core processor, 3.1gHz (for less). Works a whole lot better than this computer did.

This computer is an excellent value for the price. Nice graphics, speed and form factor. Really solid purchase for most users except perhaps for gamers. I use this for both home and on line research, editing etc. for work. Pretty easy to set up right out of the box. Go for it......

This Dell was a Christmas gift to my wife. She is an average computer user, certainly not a technogeek. She set it up easily, loves the clear bright screen, and the cordless mouse and keyboard. The lack of wires and the clean look of the monitor make it look awesome on her desk. The Windows 10 is great, and it hooked up easily to our wireless printer. Thumbs up to Dell and Best Buy...

    A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The problem started as soon as I downloaded the latest BIOS firmware! The computer froze at the Dell splash screen and would not take me to the desktop! Exchanged it a second time and the same thing happened after I once again tried to download the latest BIOS! Apparently by doing so in both instances, the motherboard somehow became corrupted!! Tried to send it back to Best Buy again but was told by Customer Service rep that the only way for me to send it back this time is to take it to my nearest Best Buy store! What? I don't drive and the nearest store to me is in another state so this was not possible! Best Buy was not accommodating to me this time around. It is now sitting at my home dead as a doorknob! My only available option now is to contact Dell to see if they can replace the motherboard and seriously, I'm not in a rush to do so because I'm so upset at both Best Buy as well as Dell for selling this piece of trash!! Updating the BIOS should never give you this scenario unless you lose power to the system while upgrading which is not what happened to me! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!! Go with HP instead!

HP is normally my computer...but this pc is great! Don't like windows 10 like 7, very touchy. But this pc has made me a believer in Dell as well as HP. The screen is crisp and clear. Takes up less space on my desk since everything is all in one!
