Best computer ever. I have had this computer for over 7 years and no problems. It has and still is the best computer ever for me in that I can do anything that i need to and it works out like a charm. I love watching videos and watching listening to music.

This computer has just about everything you could hope for in an All-in-one. I don't particularly care for Windows 10, and the screen resolution leaves a little to be desired, but other than that no complaints! Large HD, touch screen, wireless keyboard/mouse, and (not that it really matters) sleek design. I am very pleased with this purchase, and the price was just right.

I love everything about this computer. The screen is so big and bright! I love doing my Ancestry tree on it - you can see EVERYTHING. The sound, the fact its WIRELESS, touch screen - everything. LOVE this computer. I have had it almost three months now so this is a review after several months of use. Thanks, Dell! THE PRICE is really good too at BB. If you buy the one year plan you get free Webroot ($80 savings). Pays for itself. OH EASY SET UP TOO!

Computer is average for an All-In-One (AIO) system. Processor is good, memory is good but the 1TB 5400 RPM hard drive slows it down quite a bit. That is why I think there was so many reviews about slowness. I researched many other AIO computers and it looks like a majority of them have the 5400 RPM hard drives in them. So like I said this is average for the AIO systems that are currently on the market. For the price and what you do get out of it this computer it is fine. It works well and the look and feel of the computer is great. If all you need is a basic computer and are tired of the wires running everywhere this one will work. If you do a ton of computing, gaming, etc. I would look for something besides an All-In-One computer. Remember "you get what you pay for". As for me I will most likely replace the hard drive with a 1TB SSD and put the 1TB 5400 RPM drive in an external case for backup storage.

I got this for my grandparents because they needed something easy to use and that wouldn't always take forever to load pages. They love it.

Good quality product for a good price. Cheaper than most computers. The touchscreen works fine but I rarely use it. If too much things are in the computer, then it will be slow but overall, I highly recommend purchasing this computer.

We bought this in 2014 and have had nothing but problems first the mother board went out then the cam and mouse. worked with geek squad but they couldn't fix it so if you count the original mother board that's 2 guess what it happened again we need another one now it wont power up at all and of course no will do anything about it.so if we fix it again it would make a mother board ever 9 months or so I guess you know that's not happening. We used this all in one for home use or we used to. So if you buy one anyway make sure you keep your warranty or service contract up to date.

This computer is the best purchase I have made in a long time. It saves space on my desk. It has a 23 inch screen that these old eyes can see better. And the touch screen is really a snap to use.

I bought this computer for my wife and she liked and so did I. I spent two days migrating all the pictures and documents from the old XP computer to the new one. Two days later, it died. What frustration! I thought it might be the power supply and a switched it out. But it was more serious than that, so I returned it locally. Fortunately, the return was painless. Thanks BestBuy.

I have had this computer for 8 months and I could not be happier. I have had no problems at all. It is so easy to use and set up was a breeze. You can't go wrong purchasing this computer.

I was on the market for a decent priced basic desktop. I love the fact that the screen is touchscreen. Also love that I don't have a tower kicking around or taking up space. Would recommend for the average computer user. I do run photoshop, toon boom harmony, and sketchbook pro without any problems. I am not a gamer so I can't speak on that. Mouse and keyboard that are included are pretty basic, (but both wireless). I use them every day and have yet to have to change the batteries and have had it for over 6 months. Great for students and artists. I have an additional drawing monitor connected and everything works smoothly together.

After having it for several months it had 1 flaw it did an update and downgraded me to windows 7 from windows 10.once I called tech help it was fine but dell update was the problem.

Thus far everything seems to be working well. The system was easy to set up, it does everything I need for my purposes and functions efficiently.

I'm currently on my second replacement machine (third total including original) with this computer. On the original, the screen stopped working after about 2 months. PC boots up, but screen does not come on. Called dell, who sent a tech out to replace the part, but had the wrong part. They then informed me the part was backordered, so they sent a replacement computer. There was some mix up with their support, the replacement computer order got cancelled, and then had to contact them again to have it shipped. That whole process took nearly a month. Well, the replacement computer had the exact same issue as the original computer. Our company has owned the PC for 5 months now, and it's only been useable for about two and half. Seriously, don't waste your time or money on this--but anything else that isn't a Dell.

Easy to set-up...Love it!!! Does everything I need and more!!!

I love the touchscreen feature and built in wifi. The screen is big for helping pre-k students also.

This was a great purchase. It's aesthetically beautiful and works like a charm. It has everything you need and the size of the screen and the touch functionality make it perfect for my work at home business.

So far I've only had the computer a few days now so I haven't really tested the full performance of the computer, but just off the bat my computer has had difficulties with the wifi: it will randomly disconnect from the internet for no reason and will do this on and off again randomly. I've checked the wifi connection every time it disconnects but it runs smoothly on every other device in our apartment. This makes it difficult to work with programs that run on the internet, so I'll be taking this back if the problem persists over the next few days. Overall if you use a network cable for your internet you should be fine, but for me I don't have that option which makes this computer's rating lower in my book.

Beautiful computer. Makes the Office look Better. it gets the job done. I Give it a 4 Star just because i wish it was a bit faster. Maybe its My wifi.

I swore I would never buy another (H) Dell and here I am. Brand new out of the box slower than my 5 year old computer. Very disappointed in the performance. I got the AMD processor and the guy at the store said it was as fast as the i5...I hope not.Keyboard and mouse are HORRIBLE. Mouse skips and the only way to replace it is to add a real one which means giving up a much need USB port. I hope to see this post otherwise they are stacking the REVIEWS which is the only reason I bought this brand again.
