Never buying open box again!

Yeah, Best Buy supposedly makes sure that all refurbished or open box items are in excellent condition. How could they overlook that?! I had to return it the next day. Very upset, especially since I'd already activated MS Office and it was a nightmare trying to reinstall it on s different computer after that. Plus, this all-in-one is heavy and comes with no carrying accessories. Tripping down the stairs would mean the end of it.

After it was FINALLY done setting up, the mouse wouldn't work. I spent hours trying to get it to work and never did. The screen froze up the second I touched it. We took it back and bought a Mac instead. The associate in the store showed me the 10 other Dell computers that were open box. Wish I could give negative stars. STAY AWAY!
