I am not an IT expert, but I do know quite a bit more than the average person when it comes to techy products and computers. I bought this computer for my parents who are in their 60s and are only about 1 step above being computer illiterate. Windows 10 was something that only took them minutes to master from using Windows XP previously. They liked the new features and when I told them this computer was touch screen, they had a blast playing Facebook Games. I played around a bit when I was getting it set up......which by the way, was by far the easiest set up on a system I have ever done. Only a couple things to plug in and done! We didn't know what to do with all of the extra desk space that we have now that we have gotten rid of the huge tower and all of the wires. Very nice computer, if you are on the fence, take a chance on this one, I doubt you will be disappointed.

The screen size is great as well as the ease of use.Everything is very easy to see on the screen.Love the cordless key board and mouse.Set up was easy.Just follow the directions on the screen.

This purchase was agonizing. Do I want 27 inch? Does my desk have the room? Do I need to spend a grand? Well, I did not need a blazing processor so this Dell was the perfect choice. Almost 24 inches and $650 bucks with 8G Ram and all the bells and whistles and Windows 10 pre installed. Everything worked instantly right out of the box! Highly recommend this all-in-one computer!

I needed a much faster computer and this one delivered! Nice big screen and easy to operate right out of the box. My only issue was that some of my word programs did not integrate well with Windows 10. Still learning the ins and outs of Windows 10 but overall very happy with my purchase. Mechelle-MW Taekwondo

One of the few all in one desktops available with windows 10. I like windows 10 so far for the most part. Its clean and easy to use. The only issue I have is that Microsoft edge (the new internet explorer) doesn't seem to work that great. Sometimes it takes a while for pages to load, and I have to refresh the pages a couple times before it works. Some websites don't load at all or run terribly. I downloaded firefox and it works a little better, but sometimes it still takes a while for pages to load. It is not a wireless problem. Other computers in the house work fine. Not sure if this is a Windows 10 problem, or perhaps its the actual computer. I'm not sure. :/ I'm hoping in time there will be updates and things will be a bit faster!! Speaker bar along bottom of computer gives a good amount of sound. Love having a wireless keyboard and mouse. And NO tower, woohoo! The screen is nice and bright, pretty good graphics. Could be better, compared to computers that cost twice as much. But for the price, you get a pretty decent computer.

I'm glad it got windows 10. Touch-screen works well and speed wise it's fast. Only issue, the built-in speakers are no good at all at above average loudeness. Definitely buy some after-market speakers

I am quite happy with the Dell All-in-one Personal Computer. Large monitor and NO tower. Cordless keyboard and mouse, a must. Easy to set up. User friendly to operate. Be sure to bundle with Kaspersky anti virus/anti malware. Two year tech support with Geeks Squad! They take care of everything. Glad I made this purchase.

My mom is not tech savy...she can use this pc so easily! With windows 10 and spending about 2 hrs with her, she is on her own! Love the all in one...fast, does not lock up and takes less space since everything is all in one! Normally buy HP but she really loves this pc. Only one thing, Kaspersky would not work with this pc so we download Norton.

This computer has been good so far. The screen size is excellent and it does everything I need it to do. I haven't had any problems. The amount of memory is great and the processing speeds are very good. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

With 24 inches of HD screen real estate and minimum footprint on my desk, this computer has an impressive list of specs and features for the price ($650 on sale). My setup with Windows 10 and the hardware was easy and the performance has been stable and predictable. I DO find that the speed of the computer is slower than expected at times, but my 13" laptop (other computer) has a solid-state hard drive and I5 processor which may be coloring my perspective and expectations on this new desktop, comparable to an I3. The unit also glitched out twice in the beginning while loading Web pages, which I thought was odd and a little scary -- turned off and back on, all normal again. After a few scheduled Windows 10 updates, my new beautiful, big-screen desktop is running well. I love the screen -- much more productive in Excel and a great deal more fun cruising the Web.

All around great computer! Simple and easy setup. Wasn't looking for anything "fancy" like a Mac but wanted somthing that would last forever. I was a little hesitant about the touch screen but it's great! The price was perfect! I alson purchased the wireless HP printer!

Got a great price from BestBuy ordered the item online and picked it up at the store. It was very easy to setup, connect to the internet, printers etc. The screen is large, and the touch screen is a very nice feature although I have not used it much (it is great for enlarging items for a better view). Picture quality, and resolution are great. I love the fact that there are no cables (other than power) and no processor box, as well as the computer is very quite--no thrashing or loud processor. This product is very easy to use would recommend it to a friend. The folks in the store were also very helpful during the pickup process.

This is my first all-in-one, but not my first touch screen. Set up was easy. I was surprised to see a wireless keyboard and mouse packaged with the system. Though they weren't top of the line they are very comfortable to use. Back to the system: As stated, it was easy to set up. System so far seems to run fast and smooth. The touch screen works great. Screen is good, and the system looks great on my wife's desk. The built-in speakers have good sound and are enough for a small office. My wife uses the system to do video workouts. We have only had the system for a short time is why I only gave it 4 stars.

I went from Windows XP to Windows 10 and Surprisingly easy to navigate !! Love the wireless mouse and keyboard. The screen size is fantastic !! The touch screen feature is really nice although I personally didn't really care if I had that or not. The speed of the computer is quite fast !!

This a really nice looking systeem. Looks more like art than a computer sitting in your desk. The big bright screen works well as a touch screen however has a lot of glare since it's a shiny screen. The system is great for surfing the web, email, and social media. It is fine for homework and light spreadsheet work. However, I'd say if you are a heavy excel user or anything else that requires a lot of processing power then this might be the best choice for you. Again, great looking system that most everyday users will be more than happy with. If you need a number crunching system, look for a more powerful system.

Bought this as an upgrade from an old Windows Vista OS laptop. Very pleased. Setup was easy. Love that it has wireless keyboard and mouse. Large touchscreen is also a plus. Vivid display. Windows 10 is quite different from Vista, but the learning curve is minimal.

Excellent PC with windows 10 pre-loaded. Large screen makes for alot of real estate. The touch screen works smoothly and is an added feature that comes in handy when utilizing apps and surfing the web. Finally, there is a minimum of bloatware installed - Processor is fast and responsive. And of course Windows 10 is a winner!

Computer functions well with some issues. Wireless download speed was very slow. Dell spent 2.5 hours working on it. Is not a major issue since it is an all in one desktop and connected the Ethernet connection from the router and speeds were excellent (could be my router issue). Second issue was computer would not wake up properly when it went to sleep. Another 1.5 hours on the phone with no success. They said to send back and would replace motherboard. The supplied prepaid shipping box and sent via FedEx.. When the computer was receive the screen was cracked and initially said not covered by warranty. After some animated discussions, they escalated the oroblem for investigation. A technician called and said I would have to pay ~$240 for repair. More animated conversation and referred to supervisor when I said I would file formal complaint. The supervisor said that Dell was replacing the screen at no cost to me. Received computer on 2 day air, but the wakeup issue still existed. Dell made a follow up email and I expressed my concern about shipping back again. They called me and did some more troubleshooting. Turns out the problem was the setting on the power/sleep button. Could be my ignorance contributed to the problem. Bottom line is all is well. A lot of aggravation on both sides ,but Dell stuck with it. Their staff are all located in India but all were professional and courteous and spoke perfect English. Love the computer and would recommend . 24 inch screen looks great on desk. No extraneous cabling for all in one desktop.
