They checked the computer system and made sure everything was working. They also installed the Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security so all I had to do when I got it home was to take the desktop out of the box and plug it in. I really like the all-in-one desktop!

It is better in hardware and execution that the former, still has some glitches, may be the OS, but overall a very functional product that is easy to setup. The biggest PRO-- You can wall mount this model with a standard monitor or TV wall mount. HP and others have removed this feature from their touchscreens.

Overall has been great, quick easy setup and have had no problems. The keyboard and mouse leave a little to be desired but the computer itself has been good.

Dell All In One Desktop
