I bought this to replace my "obsolete" Dell XP computer, but when I used the new one it was slower than the old XP. Long story short, after 3 1/2 hours with the wonderful Geek Squad, they told me to return it. I ended up spending a bit more money for a better Dell, and it is wonderful.

It's a pain because sometimes I forget to turn off the mouse and keyboard. But I love that it's wireless. This was a great buy. And I highly recommend.

The Geek squad transferred all my information and icons to the new computer and it has been a wonderful experience. I have no idea why I was so afraid of Windows 10 or of purchasing a new computer after 8 1/2 years. New is good.

Wireless keyboard an mouse are nice, touch screen comes in handy to. In just over 2 years, No Issues! That is a good thing!

Good processor, display and sound.

The processor is adequately fast, the large screen is easy on the eyes. I thought I'd have to buy powered speakers, but the speakers are much better than expected.
