Love this Dell computer- takes little space on my desk- great quality and image. Very easy installation. The manufacturer instructions were clear.

This replaced an old system, and it is very fast. We got rid of a mess of wires. The large screen is very easy on the eyes.

This "unopened box" all-in-one computer replaced an "opened box" I bought from Best Buy through their presence on EBay. This computer is what the first computer should have been. The 24" screen is gorgeous and the 8 GB operating memory handles all the programs I need to run.The wireless keyboard and mouse were skimpy; a bare-bones afterthought. I replaced them with a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. The inclusion of these light weight keyboard and mouse lowered my rating from excellent to good.

This all in one touch screen is really nice for the price and has about all the features you need!!! I love it

Extremely easy to setup, a little difficult learning windows 10 but things are coming along. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful in picking out the right computer for what we needed.

I bought this computer for my husband and he loves it. He had a dell and he was very happy with it until it got messed up. We saw a couple of other computers but this one was the best out of the ones we were looking at

I was in the market for a new computer so I decided to stop in Best Buy and see what they had. After briefly describing my needs my salesperson directed me to this computer. It fit all of my checklist; it is sleek in appearance, had the features I needed, and was within my budget. So I purchased it and set it up and I was thrilled with it, but after two months it died. After having it looked at it was determined that it was a hardware problem. So I called Dell and they told me to call Best Buy and they told me to call Dell and so on back and forth. Finally I took the computer back to the store and they indicated to me that the repairs would take about four weeks because it would have to be sent away. Since I run my own business and use the computer regularly there wasn't any way that that would work. Thankfully after talking with a store manager I was given a replacement computer. I am thankful that Best Buy helped me resolve my problem by allowing me to swap for a new one, even outside of the exchange period but the fear that this one will die is still in the back of my mind, I hope I am wrong. But for now I am saving my work externally just to be safe.

I was drawn to this touchscreen computer because of the fact it has a DVD player built into it, which is rare these days. So far it has worked well. No complaints.

Very pleased with unit thus far, after making the mistake of 1st purchasing same model open box AND having store set up. After 3 trips and unsatisfactory results, I simply exchanged for an in box unit and did all set up & installation myself in 1/4 of the time. (Unsatisfactory meaning non-functional; am amazed at how perhaps fluke tech "geek" never noticed that after his work, machine was non-functional). Therefore not sure if machine or tech- but great value for speed, and space.

I really like my new computer and that it is all in one and I don't have to deal with a tower or a lot of cords. It runs smoothly and meets all my needs that I use a desk top for.

This is the first non-laptop that I have bought in 10 years. I love the size and touch screen,. It is plenty fast for what I need.The setup was easy and painless

I really like this computer. The screen quality is so clear. It's easy to use and doesn't take up alot of room like my old desktop did. Great quality for the price.

The screen size is perfect and the speed is fast. Would recommend to anyone that needs a new computer. I got this for my grandmother and the screen is perfect for her.
