First computer I purchased was really misbehaving. However geeksquad plan saved my butt! Best purchase in yrs is this geeksquad complete svc. (dnt remember the proper term) After few attempts to find what was wrong they recommend I return/exchange computer saying I will have no problems just go back to store to exchange. The staff at store was complete opposite of phone svc & online svc. SOMEONE SHOULD SEE HOW THE CUSTOMER SVC STAFF TREAT CUSTOMERS! I was understanding that things happen & ok with the inconvenience of just buying a computer & it was so messed up that gs had more access to it than myself in the 3-4 weeks I had it before exchange.Then i got to the store & the customer svc was a horrible experience! They were condescending & treated me as if I was dishonest about even speaking with gs. They continually asked for "proof" of my gs experience from home. I was very happy with gs over the phone but equally unhappy with the two female Best Buy representative. Even more alarming is after opening the 2nd (exchanged computer) it was packaged so differently than initial purchased pc! I question if it was placed back on the floor for some poor unsuspecting customer to b stuck with. I hope to NEVER have to go to that customer svc desk again! THANK U FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE!
