So glad I went with this all in 1! Went from using only laptops, to this and I am glad I made the switch.

This is a simply computer to set up and use. Took less than 15 min to get it up and running. The speed and storage is great.

Let's start off with the screen size. Almost 24 inches of touch screen, what kidult wouldn't love that!? It's also nice just to turn it on and tap the screen a few times and have pandora playing in the background while cleaning/cooking without having to get the keyboard or mouse nasty (you always have that one clean finger). It's also great for watching movies regardless if it's dvd or netflix. Reading a book the size of your head is nice, easier to suck you into a good storyline.

For the most part this computer is a winner. It's a huge convenience having all in one. I use my Dell for business for which it works fine. If you're looking for a gaming computer, probably not going to be your cup of tea. Seems to be a bit slow in the processing and streaming department, but nothing to stop me from buying one for the office and one for home.

This is a good buy for me. The 23in screen looks good. We enjoy the touch screen and wireless keyboard and mouse.

Floor service representative was excellent. Errors occurred preparing computer resulting in an extra day before taking home (not bothered by delay)...I prefer errors corrected before accepting.

The set-up out of box was easy. The large touchscreen monitor is a plus - that is the end of the positives for this pc. I was told at time of purchase that it would be a great option for internet research/ word processing and small business operations. It is slow VERY slow - honestly my 10 year old model runs faster than this one. The wireless keyboard is convenient but there is a noticeable lag between keystrokes and appearance on monitor. The reaction time on the internet is about as slow as dial-up, irritating considering I am using a high speed connection. The only reason I purchased a new computer is because the programs on the old one are no longer supported - can't wait to get rid of this piece of garbage.
