After enlisting help with some things, I am doing well with this computer. Little slow at times, but think this might be due to internet connection. Windows 10 is also a learning curve. Love the large screen and did find I don't use on screen keyboard as much as I thought I would. Great computer.

Was limited in space on the Desk and I also wanted to get rid of the big ol clunky tower without giving up performance. I has kept up with my needs and I have had no issues with it. I even currently have in on a dual monitor stand extending the desktop across 2 23" monitors

But actually Window 8.1is what it had. I paid $50.00 extra dollars due to online stating it already had Windows 10. installed. Best buy would not refund my $50 either!!!!! This computer is almost as slow as my dinosaur computer that I was using prior to this new one.

The Dell was on sale and has a large screen, so I bought one for me and one for my husband. I use the computer mostly for word processing, internet browsing, and taking on-line classes. This computer works, but is slow. It is slow enough to be irritating. I made the mistake of purchasing the computer right before I went on a long international trip. It wasn't until I returned that I realized how poorly the computers function and by that time it was too late to return them. While this computer is attractive, space saving, and I do like the screen; it was not an improvement over the the 10 year old desk-top I was replacing.

Posted .Dear Shel - We're very sorry to hear about your experience with your All-In-One so far. We would recommend trying the following tips to see if you're able to speed up your computer: Delete temporary files and directories
1. Click Start, then in the search bar type "disk". Disk Cleanup should appear on the menu above the search box.
2. Run disk cleanup and eliminate unneeded temporary files (Search results, Internet Cache and other windows temp files you may no longer need)
3. Select files you want to delete then click OK to start the cleanup process. Uninstall applications you no longer use
1) Open the Programs and Features application in Control Panel.
2) Scan the list of applications installed for ones that you no longer use.
3) Highlight any application you no longer use and then click the uninstall button at the top of the list. Follow the prompts to uninstall.
4. Repeat for each application you want to uninstall.
5. Move large files and/or seldom used files to backup media (Photos, Music you seldom listen to, application downloads after the application has been installed etc.).
6. Empty the Recycle Bin.

The new DELL I bought has the AMD processor as opposed to the INTEL i5. Not sure if that is the difference but the new PC's performance is not at the same level. Sometimes the PC hangs after going into Sleep mode, which could be more to due with Windows 10.
