Awesome computer easy-to-use love the touch screen feature loads of memory fast as Lightning

We are enjoying this new computer. It is extremely easy to set up and use. The salesman was very good about explaining this product and how to start it and use it. We are in the process of doing online classes and the new computer is going to be a big improvement for this purpose.

It is pretty slow to download & opening pages seem to take forever, but I only have 6m internet. It was confusing for me setting it up. I would liked it better to turn it on and use it instead of setting up password for everything. We don’t use it very often since our phones work faster

This is a great product. CON's: The all-in one doesn't have a internal batteray, so it reamian plug in at all time.

Purchased this for my last semester at college because my laptop was giving out. It was able to handle inventor, matlab and Ansys workbench. It took it a minute to load the program but once it was loaded it worked great. The touch screen and all in one design are great for your daily computer

Excellent purchase. The Dell all in one has a large, easy to see screen, easy to use.

I like this computer. It works fine, it looks nice, and it fits on my bookcase, i didn't even have to buy a desk. I think that i need to explore it a little more. I had never bought a computer before, so i didn't know i had to call my internet service provider to get the internet hooked up to it. That would have been nice to know. Either way, a few days later it was all hooked up, with no issues.

This is a good computer, not great but good. It is a bit slow but does what i need it to do! I think next time i would spend the money on a computer with a better processor. If you need a computer for basic use then this would be ok.

i am very pleased with the all in one computor that i purchased. i was skeptical at first because i didnt want windows 10. i had it for awhile on my old computor and i couldnt find any of my favorites. the Geeks tech that came to my home to set up computor showed me where my favorites are and he showed me how to navigate the windows 10. i am getting more comfortable with it now.

Love this computer! The only thing I have had an issue with is it updating correctly about two months after the purchase but I just need to contact Dell to assist me with the right steps to move forward. Other than that this is a great product. I love how big the screen is!

It's a very nice package and I like the touchscreen but it is very very slow

I liked everything except it would lag a littlebusy doing basic things, like closing windows. It also took a long time to download programs. I thought I could just deal with it but I couldn't and ended up returning it.

Perfect for what I needed. 45 min set up. Touch screen, all the goodies!

I love the large display. Super fast. 1tb hard drive has all the storage I need.

Love this PC! Easy for my kids to use, has touch screen and Cortana voice activation.

Like th computer but the wireless keyboard was defective and it tooka while before we figured out the problem
