So far this has been a great computer!! We absolutely love the screen size and that it is touch screen. This is a perfect computer for us. We don't game or stream a lot of videos so we can not a test to its capability from that perspective. It is however great for our use which is basically social media, e-mails, etc... Would highly recommend!!!

My husband loves how easy this computer is. It does everything for him with the different programs. It has been very easy to figure out and so far there have been no bugs or glitches. It is compact enough that it doesn't take up much room and looks nice in the office.

Easy to set up, big clear screen and also a touch screen

I've had this computer for about a month and it freezes occasionally . I can't do multiple things at a time because i know it cannot handle it. Setting things up was easy and came with windows 10. I haven't used the free Antivirus that came with it because I had another program in mind. The webcam picture quality i find lacking compared to camera phones and technology in this day and age. I have yet to find anything useful for Cortana to do it help me with. Overall I bought this computer to do online college programs so it will suffice for that purpose.

Needed a replacement computer in a hurry. Old hard drive died. My absolute first choice was Best Buy. Couldn't have made a better decision. Highly recommend Best Buy for all your computer and electronics needs. They have the people and the knowledge to help you. And no I'm not employed by BB, Just a long time customer. 30+ years.

Our first laptop..... Not a lot to compare with as it was our first. Liked the convenience of taking it on our travels. Although have recently purchased an iPad, even more convenient...... As far as the brand and size of the laptop, 100% pleased.

Change is always hard to get use to. Going from Windows 7 to 10 will take sometime, but we must move on when the old computer died.

I love my big 23 inch screen also the wireless keyboard.

NO STARS...I loved the look of this computer and the fact that I didn't need a tower. My old programs: print master, does not work on this computer without having to pay a computer person make adjustments to it. But before he could do this, I owned it for approximately a month and 1/2 it completely died. I called Dell probably needs a new mother noard. Waiting because parts are not in stock. So now I own a defective new computer. I think they should give me a new one!!!! I bought it because I have work to do on it. Now it's delayed. Am I happy? ......No

Had to replace old computer. Windows 10 is still a bit new to me yet but I do like the larger screen and built in speakers! Find myself doing more than I used to. I get caught up on watching things and housework is going by the wayside!
