great deal good service. no problems works great just what I was looking for!!

This is my 6th computer I have bought at Best Buy. It is also my last. This computer seems slow and sluggish. I am disabled so I spend a lot of time on it. We got a free security device to put on the computer and bought a few other things. When we got home we opened the package and it was empty, no disk no nothing. My husband called and "Vented" rather loudly. They hung up on him. We went and bought a 2 year on our own. This is not acceptable. So disappointed it was always my go to place for so many things.

Absolutely love this computee loce that it can be taken anywhere like a tablet.

Perfect computer for the kids to do homework and play a few educational games. Small enough to fit on a desk without taking up too much space for their books and other items they need to complete the homework.

The ordering and pick of the computer was totally hassle-free. Love this computer! Quiet, quick and lightweight. The only problem is that the screen is glossy and had to reorganize my office so that the window was no longer behind me. The glare made it impossible to see.

We were looking for a new home computer so we thought we would try this one that was tower free. It's been great basically we can set it up anywhere and easily move with no problems. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse. Big screen and it's also touch screen.

Does everything well. My only issue was that it felt a bit sluggish. Great keyboard and monitor. Fine for basic multimedia use. Setup was a breeze. All in all, a nice offering from Dell.

This was a great computer for my 8 year old, she loved her tablet with the touch screen, she really love this all-in-one touch screen good for school projects. Great for a student.

We purchased this computer to use in our motor home. We are full time RVers and needed something that would fit in the limited space we have. We are very happy with our purchase.

I bough this computer because I loved Dell products. It's beautiful. It's fast. The speakers are loud and clear. It shows details in my pictures I've never seen on any other device. The camera is crisp and clear. I can't think of a downside. Great buy!!

Great gift item for anybody !! The overall features were great for a high school student

This PC is ok, but it's very slow...if you need it for everyday surfing and or work then you should be fine. Gaming not an option on this one.

Great starter computer, resolution and sound is pretty good. The slim design and small footprint is ideal for small spaces. I would buy it again if the need for one arises again.

After owning only laptops for many years, I switched to desktop. This screen has the components inside which is great for limited space. It has a clear picture and responds terrific!

This all-in-one has a beautiful picture! The touch screen functions as expected. It's a little slow at times but I think that may be due my internet setup. Overall very pleased.

It's a Dell. I have had great experience with Dell in the past. It's a Desktop without all the wires and clutter. Within 24 hours of installing it at home it was infected with viruses and malware. I took it back to Best Buy and they cleaned it up and installed WebRoot. The security software that came with the computer was evidently hacker magnet. Since then, very satisfied.
