After getting a replacement after the original computer's hard drive crashed after only 3 days, seems to work OK. My wife only uses it as a terminal. Would have rated it higher if Best Buy didn't make me spend the 2 hours of my time to reinstall all of the software. If the unit doesn't last a week, they should bend over backwards to me my experience better.

Bought 3 of these for work. My business is real estate sales. Work great. Would have been 5 stars but one of them we have had problems with.

Bought this for games and pictures. Works great on normal work but as slot on side does not. Need to use external sd card reader

I purchased this computer to replace an older version of it that I had for over 5 years. I love that it is just 3 pieces and the large screen is great! I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Easy purchase, Easy to use and navigate. Looking for a simple office device to utilize and/or share among others, this may be an option.

Firstly, Windows 10 is unnecessarily more complicated. I don't seem to have the freedom to control the set-up of my folders or online material. A number of programs are listed on the desktop that aren't even on the computer. Secondly, and most importantly, there is a glitch in the Paint Program. I write and illustrate stories. Consequently, I use the Paint Program to draw. However, this MS Paint is a nightmare! I cannot draw two consecutive lines. I called MS but to no avail. I'm angry and very disappointed.

I have not learned everything the product offers. I am just beginning to review the touchscreen features. Great computer so far.

We were looking for something to replace our outdated family laptop and this computer fit all of our needs and exceeded our expectations.

This is an easy to use, ready out of the box, all in one puter. Purchased for my 78 year old mother.

The all in one was a great buy. I love the large screen and the fact that I don't have a big bulky tower. I would recommend this all in one.

Great for kids. Entire unit sits on table (just a kick stand) and won't fall over. Responsive and has touch screen for all new apps.

I got this computer just to use in my home office. It's a brilliant little machine. I like the touch screen feature, despite hating fingerprints all over my screen. But overall - great piece of equipment.

I replaced the desktop computer I bought in 2008 because the Vista software was no longer being supported. WOW what a difference 8 years makes in the life of a computer. I couldn't be happier with this unit.

Awesome Sized Monitor, Bluetooth, And Wi-Fi. Wireless key board & mouse Basic. But Not A Problem.

I definitely recommend this computer, great features.

I use it for My Office and it does Its purpose. There is sometimes a seconds delay but it Could be do to computer placement away from wifi.

Bought this for the family nice computer overall. I little slow at times but otherwise good.
