This computer is good for normal use, but if you open to many items at once it will start to slow down a bit.

Love the ability to touch or type. Set up right in the kitchen, listens to requests and finds what's needed. Very good for middle school, work and of course, fantasy football!

Had to buy this at the last minute when my desktop crashed - love how it's compact with a great screen - especially love the touch screen feature! Easy to work with!

Keyboard is in adequate .keyboard does not have a light showing Caps Locks . Need to buy a new keyboard $89 more

I love the fact that all you have to do is plug it in and go! No large towers and massive amounts of cords to deal with. It's not the fastest, but it gets the job done!

Best Buy was fine - transferred my data promptly. Dell dropped the ball: the keyboard/mouse didn't work. 4 weeks later I finally was sent the correct keyboard/mouse after online chats, emails, phone calls. Luckily I had an old wireless HP keyboard that worked with the new Dell computer, otherwise I couldn't have used the computer. Dell needs to monitor their packing department to avoid such a mess. But not Best Buy's mistake at all. They get 5 stars.

Has all the bells and whistles and extremely fast. I got the geek squad support with it and had to use it twice with questions. The geek squad is awesome and professional.

finally got rid of the tower to free up space with my new computer. greater size to the screen as well as the light that it shows makes working on the computer much easier

I got this computer as an open box, which dropped the price down significantly, I absolutely love this computer. Its large enough so I dont have to use an external monitor.

Good computer for school student. The only thing I didn't like was when setting up child log on through Microsoft they want to charge a credit card to confirm an adult.
