My first computer in over 6 years. Great programs and easy to learn

For what I needed it for, this computer is perfect. The speed it excellent and I am able to browse and research with ease.

Although Im still learning all of the features this computer comes with it is great to have. I love that its touch screen.

Very easy to hook up and very easy to use. I only use it for a home computer and very basic needs however it is very easy to use and the room it takes up is very little.

It's a super user friendly computer for my grandkids as well as meeting all my wife and my computer needs to run the household

We bought this computer to replace an older Dell XPS with an Intel i5 processor. We were told that the AMD A8 was equivalent to an i5 or at least an i3. It's not and this computer is so much slower it's annoying. Everything works just fine, but just not as fast as we're used to. We're sorry we didn't stick with an Intel processor. AMD just doesn't live up to it.

I was looking for a new desk top and what captured my attention about the All-in-one is that I can easily take it around the house and I can use it as a touch screen.

it runs better then the computer I bought for myself and mine was more expensive and mine was the hp model

Appreciate the stylish look of the system and that it doesn't take up the whole desk space with a separate tower. More than enough speed and storage for home use.

I love the computer screen. It is nice and easy to read. I am having trouble with my internet. The google chrome hasn't been installed. I am not a computer smart person.

This was the easiest set up of a computer and printer that I have ever done. No need to hire a professional. Anyone can set it up. Love it. I would buy again.

Needed a new All-In-One PC and found this Dell. It had all I wanted and was available at a special price (went uo a few days later). Very pleased with its performance.

I like the screen size and quality of picture. The touch screen is nice for initial opening of window.

Other than a few probs connecting to internet (it was a refurb) and it's a bit slow, I'm happy

It's okay. Not great. If you're looking for something to game on look elsewhere. Otherwise it's good

I utilize I Pads, etc. for persons with Down syndrome. Good Tools help provided needed resources to improve speech, etc.

We specifically bought this pc for our son for Christmas to play his Minecraft and flight simulator games on...I asked and was told by 2 different sales people at the store that this pc would do everything my son wanted it to do with his games....I even went as far as to tell them that he was wanting to use "shader packs" in his Minecraft game and asked if it would handle that as well, and was told by both sales people that there was no problem with this pc handling that. Got the pc home and gave it to our son, and as soon as it was all connected and he downloaded Minecraft and the first shaders pack, the screen started dragging and became VERY choppy and wasn't the normal smooth game screen as he had been using prior. Returned the pc to the store 2 days later and purchased a regular desktop pc, with an I5 processor, but the on-board video card still couldn't handle the shader pack, so I ended up having to purchase an NVidia PCI express card and install it to make it where he like playing his game.

Works good and is plenty fast for what I need. I have had it over a year with no complaints

Product was easy to set up, with no isssues. I was nice to see how easy it was to plug in and turn on the computer and watch it configure itself with no problems

Dell was a nice purchase as it sat nicely on the area where I once had my Lenovo Laptop. More than adequate
