Bought this as a gift for elderly in-laws. Set it up without problem. Gave it to them Christmas day. So far so good. They like the large screen and the touch feature. Ranked 4 stars, instead of 5, because I/we haven't had it long enough to really know how well it will work in long run.

Can't say enough about this all-in-one from Dell. Ease to set up and use, fast and responsive, and an overall pleasure.

We returned from being out of town to find our eight year old computer's hard drive had crashed. We needed to purchase a replacement fast. We depended on the wise counsel of our Best Buy salesman and we are delighted with this all in one unit. A bonus was getting a 23 inch screen having lived with a 19 inch screen previously. Because of our elite plus status and the fact that we bought a previously opened unit, we purchased the unit at a very reasonable price.

This purchase was agonizing. I did not need a blazing processor so this Dell was the perfect choice. Almost 24 inches with 8G Ram and all the bells and whistles and Windows 10 pre installed. Everything worked instantly right out of the box! Highly recommend this all-in-one computer!

This Dell all-in-one desktop computer is a huge, positive step up from the regular desktop we had prior, and Windows 10 is also a different world compared to Windows 7. I really wish a Windows 10 manual or video could have been included. The computer itself is outstanding. Love the almost 24" screen and the sound is excellent. Becoming more familiar with and understanding Windows 10 will lead to a greater appreciation of this dynamic computer.

I like the computer it is really fast and compact I like the idea of everything being within the monitor.

If you are like me, mid 30's with a wife and 2 young kids, then your computing needs can not be solved with just one device. Phones and Tablets are great on the go devices, however there is nothing like sitting down at a desk with a mouse and Keyboard. This computer delivers in every possible area that a home computer is expected to without the deficiencies that you have with phone, tablets and even labtops. -1TB of Memory is great with the amount of digital pics, videos ect nowadays. - 8GB of Ram lets you multitask without sacrificing performance. - Run Dvds and Blu Rays, Netflix, Hulu, ect in full 1080p. Its like having another tv, thats touchscreen. - All in one design with wireless keyboard and mouse means setup took literally the length of time it takes to connect the power wire and plug it in. Overall, this is by far, in every way, shape, and form the best computer i have ever purchased.

My new All in One is a really good replacement for our old desk top. It saves space and clutter from wires and connections. One of the best features are the wireless mouse and keyboard. Very easy installation to modem and printer. Large touch screen application is great. The only negative factor we have found is that we could use more USB ports.

The products are very good. The service was very good, the sales person helped match the price of other competitor to ensure that I was getting the Best Buy. My only problem with Best Buy was the Geek Squad service. They were horrible. Failed to show up to my location to load software, after making an appointment, failed to properly load the software after I took the computers back to the store that I purchased them from. Demonstrated no accountability for their work. Did not know how to respond to customer questions. Stated that they were frustrated because they do not have enough technitions. I will never use them again, and will advise other to avoid using their services.
