Computer froze in update mode

When we turned it on the second day; however, it started updating and froze in updating mode. The screen went black and never worked after. We returned it. What a hassle!

Need to spend some more time working this computer. I like the all in one look of this computer. Looks much neater on my desk and less wires is always a good thing! Not happy with the keyboard. There is no light up feature to indicate when caps lock or num lock is on so I will be replacing it.
