It works as it should, but at times can be slow. The big screen allows me to run two windows side by side.

Overall a great computer. For the cost it is a no brainier. Had my dad get it. He is not tech savvy and he uses with ease.

Went into the Morgantown, WV, BB with two products in mind to replace our crashed desktop. This was not one of them. After speaking with a very pleasant, knowledgable salesman, we were closer to making up our minds esp since the salesman showed us one of the products in BB's "open box" section. Then, we spotted this all-in-one in the open box section, even though the only person who had opened the box was a Geek Squad tech who checked it out after a buyer returned it unopened. It was a fantastic buy! Large screen is great for those of us whose eyesight is aging gracefully. I do wish it had something rather than Windows 10. Office 365 comes free for one yr then you pay an outrageous price for it! Luckily, we don't need it. And, I don't like the constant update notices! The computer serves our needs (email, paying bills, and web surfing) well. It's not the fastest computer, but our internet provider has a lot to do with that. Switching in two weeks to someone else.

We really love the all in one, saves space on my desk. So, cool that it is wireless and touch screen

Bought this computer for our front office. More than enough power and speed for office work and even plays videos with little to no buffering in high def for when the work is done.

Both our new computers are the same and we really enjoy having trouble free sessions on them with the new touch screen technology. So far windows 10 has been up to our expectations.

So far, so good! Love the touch screen and speed. After a few hiccups with the windows store everything has worked great. I would recommend if you get webroot through best buy to delete any other security programs. My wife is using it more than I am already. really great for my office at home.

Am still learning Windows 10, but am pleased so far. Don't use the touch screen much as I'm faster with the mouse.

After years of upgrading computer to computer, I decided to reduce my cluttered cords and get an all in one. This Dell works wonders for my now limited needs. Even with an AMD processor, I can do everything I need clearly and quickly without the heavy loading and equipment that used to control my online life. Easy and a cinch to navigate, this Windows 10 product has changed my life and simplified my desktop.

Very easy to use, simple interface. Pulled it out of the box, plugged it in, and was good to go.

Used in a busy retail environment as a point of sale system. Used every day all day. After two years, these machines are still going strong. Touch Screen works very well! Never any problems! Speed is still as fast as the first day we bought them. We used them for video conferencing as well. We will buy these machines again! Highly Recommend!
