I honestly wanted to get a gaming PC, so I was originally disappointed when I got this instead (not that I bought this for gaming, this PC is just for general use), but I've grown to really love this computer. I love the screen and the touch aspect is a lot of fun, but also convenient. The mouse and keyboard that come with it are kind of flimsy, but perfectly usable. It's still really great, but it's brand new. I also love how it doesn't take up so much space because there is no tower. I'll definitely try to get something like this next time I need a computer (this is a family computer, have yet to get my own). I can't think of any complaints.

I am VERY happy w/my Dell! Excellent screen quality & easy to use. My only complaint is I ended up w/my Dell because the local store did not have an my of my other options in stock....despite the fact that online said the item was available for pick up in store. I really relied on the online order/pick up in store because this was a gift from my aunt who lives out of state. Needless to say, I finally ended up w/my Dell & mgr was kind enough to through in virus protection for free due to the inconvenience.

Love the color, love the size, love the quiet. So far, everything is as I wanted and have found it to be fairly easy to navigate. Still learning its tricks and treats!!! It is very quiet, screen resolution is great. Nice volume. The touch is quite responsive. Still figuring out W10, but even that is not proving to be such a hard adjustment. It is meeting my needs and that is great!

This desk top I've had since August and with my internet speed, it is remarkably fast when searching the web! So far, there are only positive remarks to make about it. Not only is it attractive looking, but the lit keyboard is an added asset. I am not a game player so I can't remark about that. I purchased it because it is a Dell and more importantly, the price from Best Buy was the lowest with the memory and hard drive capacity.

After some research, I bought this Dell to replace my outdated laptop. I was especially attracted to the all-in-one concept, to save on limited desk space and still get a large monitor. The wireless keyboard was another bonus; no more wires. The easel-style base of the unit is an unexpectedly nice touch; easy to pivot from full vertical to near horizontal with a simple touch. The quad-core processor gives me the power I needed to appreciate Windows 10, and the One Terrabyte hard drive is certainly the most I will ever need. In short, one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Very nice and the price was good as well, free upgrade to windows 10 was an added plus, but slit to learn when coming out of the dark ages technology wise had a 10 year old Dell With windows XP, so some challenges a headed but hVing fun trying to learn and all the tutorials are helping, I might take the 30 minute class offered at best buy for how to use windows 10

Very pleased with my desktop. Easy to set up and use. Like the slim design. Fun to use the touch screen. All the bells and whistles I wanted.

I got this for my dad because his laptop died. He really loves it. The screen is big and the computer is so much faster than his laptop. It's very easy to use.

I do not regret purchasing this computer. The screen is large with crisp picture. It has Windows 10 which I thought would be hard to figure out since my last computers were Vista and Windows 7. I am getting the hang of it. This computer from Dell is fast and being an All in One Computer it takes a lot less space on my desk than the towers I have had in the past. I love it!

So far I am very satisfied with this computer which I have had for a month now. Easy to setup and with the minimum of cables it is very uncluttered. The 24 inch crystal clear touch screen is great and incorporates very good sounding speakers. Not the fastest processor but adequate for my needs especially for the money. This is my 3rd Dell computer and my first all-in-one and am pleased so far.

Read the reviews. Went in to compare models at the store. Knowledgable sales rep from Best Buy also thought highly of this device and once I tested the screen and physically picked it up I knew this was the one for me. So I have had this for about two months now. Very easy to set up and use. This Windows 10 device is set up to update in background so you are ready with a touch of the mouse in case you don't use it everyday. I really enjoy the screen resolution. My 1080p home movies look really good on this screen. And the Home screen looks extra good and device runs smooth with Netflix and other online steaming apps and the sound from this device is exceptional I think. Although it doesn't get too loud the stereo sound has an 'alive' feeling to it. The unit is well built. I am most impressed by the solid build of this device along with its slick receptive touch screen. My only small compliant is with wireless keyboard and mouse. Both have been glitchy but that may be because of my own infrequent use. Sometimes I really have to circle the mouse to get it to respond. Same goes with responses from the wireless keyboard. Sometimes too many letters get keyed in or the opposite it lags while keying in and they delay or don't strike in at all. But that's small stuff that probably can be calibrated or fixed with some fine detail I am unaware of. I would definitely say take a look at this device if you are in the market from a touchscreen desktop. This is a nice unit. And I think it is easy to move around if you needed to.

The HP desktop my family used for over 8 years didn't have the standard technologies (touchscreen, camera, etc.) to keep up with the apps that we used. We browsed the Best Buy store the day before Cyber Monday and found this model on display. Everyone liked the way it looked, it was on sale, and so began my research into a replacement for my HP. PROS: The touchscreen is very responsive and extremely helpful for some apps. (Just make sure the kids' fingers are clean!) The all-in-one design saved desk space, and the included wireless keyboard and mouse work well. (They come with batteries! Yay!) The built-in camera meant I didn't have to purchase a separate unit. There wasn't a lot of bloatware, which I really appreciated. (I did remove the 30-day trial McAfee because I already had Norton.) CONS: The model is pretty heavy but to be expected since it's an all-in-one. The camera isn't Ultra HD, but I'm not recording anything that requires it. I'm not a fan of the way the keys feel on the keyboard, but it's soft enough for my kids to use. The processor isn't fantastically fast, but we don't have huge processing needs. I've used Dell computers at work, and I have a Dell laptop as well, so I was confident of the reliability. I also purchased a 10-license Norton Security Premium bundle from Amazon because you never where kids go on the Internet. After the installation, there wasn't a noticeable lag running apps. Windows 10 takes some time getting used to, but pretty simple to use. Microsoft Office 365 comes pre-installed, and I already had a license to use it (through my kids' school), and Office apps run smoothly. For a family computer, this gets the job done. If you run more intensive apps, you'll probably want to get a model with Intel i7 and not AMD as well as more RAM. However, if you're looking for something that the whole family can use, this fits the bill perfectly.

I love this computer. It was so easy to set up. I did it all by myself. The touch screen works wonderfully. Windows 10 was easy to adjust to. I'm a senior and had no issues setting it up. My husband has a windows phone and I have a surface so I could get it set up to look the same as any or all of them. I love that everything now goes to the cloud and I can retrieve my documents from my other devices.

This little computer works fast, takes up very little space, and is very easy to set up. Nice value for the $$'s.

So far this pc works well. Purpose of the 4 stars and not 5 is that there were constant wifi drops with this thing. Would work fine for a little while and then drop signal. I finally got fed up with it and just bought an ethernet cable to wire directly to the modem. No more internet issues (I know, totally different configuration).

I purchased this all-in-one for my father (80 years old and eager to catch up new technology). I'm not really fan of this all-in-ones but they come very handy to a senior user such as my father. So far awesome experience and extremely user-friendly. Good performance, awesome design. Screen has awesome resolution. Wireless keyboard works really great!

This computer does a great job of meeting all of my daughters' homework demands. We love the super large display, and the ability to use the touchscreen or mouse, depending on our task or mood. The wireless keyboard and mouse help to keep the table clutter and tangle free, and the speaker offers decent sound for our Pandora music and videos. Overall, very pleased with our purchase.

This is a very good home computer. I use it for email, internet, office work, music and videos. I love that it's a all in one PC, it takes up less space and I really like the touch screen. There are some reviews about this PC that say that they wish it had all of the technology to run a small country with lightning fast speeds. My advice is don't listen to those reviews because if they wanted all those features, they should have bought a more expensive computer. If you want a nice computer that does most of what the majority of us use in a computer, then I recommend this one. It was easy to setup, it's fast, reliable, touchscreen works really well and has a nice screen with a video camera and microphone built-in Overall, a really good product.

Our desktop was getting really slooooow, and we were talking about waiting for Black Friday to buy a new one, but we saw this All-In-One PC and were sold in minutes. Setup was easy, Web pages load fast, and I use the touch-screen and on-screen keyboard often. Would definitely recommended this All-In-One PC.
