Before purchasing this computer, I hadn't purchased a computer in over 10 years, so I figured that anything with better specs than my old Dell desktop (32- bit, Pentium 4, 80 GB SATA, 1 GB RAM) would be more than fine. To my surprise, the computer didn't act like a new computer--It wasn't terribly slow, but the computer didn't respond instantaneously to my clicks, like I expected that it would. Plus, the disk drive seemed flimsy and the system made more noise than I expected. And even though I trust the Dell brand, I got concerned that if the monitor stopped working in a couple of years, I wouldn't be able to use my computer. Someone told me I needed to get an i5 processor, at least, to get the speed I wanted, and someone else told me that I just needed more RAM. I don't know enough about computers to know who was right, but with the help of the Best Buy associates, I ended up returning this Dell All-In-One and now I'm very happy with an i5 processor and 12GB of RAM on a different computer (tower). This Dell all-in-one is fine for basic tasks, and I would have adjusted to it, but the number one reason I was unhappy with this computer was that it only has one HDMI port and it's labeled "IN," so I could not hook up a second monitor (or my smart TV) using the HDMI port. I later found out that I needed either a port that says HDMI OUT or simply HDMI. On a positive note, I had never used an all-in-one before, so I did like the feeling of having more space on my desk. If the lack of inputs isn't an issue for you, this computer might be a good fit. The keyboard and mouse that came in the box felt cheaply made, but that might be the case with many "included" peripherals. Even though the screen/computer was large and awkward to carry around, it wasn't that hard to move around. I could see myself unplugging it to take to another room on a regular basis since there was no bulky tower to disconnect and move. So even though I wouldn't recommend the i3, 8GB all-in-one that I bought ( i3459-3276WHT), it seems like a decent, basic computer if you're not picky.

Getting set up was relatively easy. Really like the accessibility of the CD/DVD drive and the USB ports. Not a real fan of Windows 10 but ...

Computer delivered ahead of schedule and works better than I had hoped for. Recently remodeled our home office and the color was perfect. Great bargain for the price

This system is user friendly, priced right and doesn't take up much room on your desk. I haven't had it too long but have not had any issues. Would recommend.

This computer works fine but it does tend to be a bit slow. I would probably shoot for a upgraded chip on my next purchase.

After 3 separate orders I figured out this computer will jot come in all white like the images and sales staff said. Don't know anything about how the computer operates. I never turned it on.

The touch screen is so slow and hungs up each time ,,,

I purchased this computer to do very basic word processing and accounting work using Quickbooks, and to retrieve email. It is horrifically slow and prone to crippling lockups that render it utterly useless. It goes to sleep and often takes 10 or 15 minutes to fully wake up. The screen will wake but the mouse and keyboard will be very long delays for those 10-15 minutes. During this time it is completely unusable. When trying to retrieve email, it will freeze for 5-10 minutes almost every time. It has up-to-date virus protection. I would never recommend this product to anyone and will be recycling it shortly to replace it with something else. Total waste of money.
