Very poor screen quality and resolution. My 5yr old HP produced superior picture quality from a inferior spec. Gonna return this. Other than poor screen resolution, the functionality and overall speed is very good.

When I received this item it was found to be defective. It took too long to discover that it was defective. The supervisor attitude was not the best to resolve the issue.

Have not opened the box. I purchased the product to have Geek Squad come install it. They were suppose to be here January 5th. I canceled my doctors appointment to stay home sll day. No one called . No one called.
It is still sitting in the unopened box . Waiting
