Bought the week of New Years 2020! Really worth the Buy if your not wanting to spend a bit more for an Imac, is real Fast & the screen is glorious vibrant sharper in image! I love the touch screen especially in screen keyboard too! The Sound is excellent! Well worth the spend thanks!

This all in one is very sleek and fast performance. We replaced a HP and this is by far a better one.

Should you purchase a large screen, high-end laptop computer or a space saving (all-in-one) desktop. Previously, I had a ~$2000 17-inch screen Lenovo laptop, but it seemed small and slow. Positive features: • 27-inch screen, great for movies • Decent RAM 16 GB, processor Intel i7, storage 512 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD • Start up and operations are very fast • Quiet • Easy to set up (I usually need daughter or expert for set up) • Desk footprint is similar to a large laptop and is easily moved to another location • No bloatware • Dell has reasonably high reliability in CR ratings • Sound is very good • Pop-up camera, great for my business meetings Neutral features: • Touch screen, I just don’t get the advantage • All ports are in the back • No optical drive, which is no surprise for most computers Negative features: • Google Chrome works poorly, more likely due to MS software issue rather than the computer • It’s white • Keyboard and mouse are extremely basic, but surprisingly comfortable, I have not upgraded them yet. Summary at 3 months ownership: • Cost ($1300, Dec 2020) provides features and compact desktop footprint • In the COVID era, it’s difficult to justify a laptop computer • This is an excellent value

Working from home made me want more desk space and this was the perfect purchase to accomplish that. It takes up just a small amount of space but has a nice big screen on it. The keyboard and mouse are completely forgettable, but the computer is terrific. Having an SSD and HD on board makes it quick and really useful for the long term. I'm very happy with this item. Looks great, too!

Fast, Simple and Beautiful. I would recommend spending the money on this computer. it will add a nice touch to any office!

Satisfied with the computer. Microsoft applications continue to be a temperamental. When installing new office, it crashed the computer and then required several more attempts to resolve. Oh - Google Chrome will not function on the computer and cannot be removed and re-installed. Tried various recommendations from Chrome and forums and cannot resolve.

This computer is exactly what I need for doing both work for my fire department as well as for my telework. The speed of the computer and storage size of the computer is perfect. The screen size is exactly what I was looking for. I researched for a long time prior to making this decision and this computer has lived up to the decision without fail.

Wanted to wait until after Christmas to buy my final computer having plenty of storage and be very fast. This Dell Inspiron 27' does just that. This is an incredible computer for the price. I use this for personnel files, family photos and work. Had HP in the past, this computer is much better. Easy set-up and transfer of files from an old computer.

love my new Dell, super fast and bright screen. The only issue I have buttons on smart keyboard is not working for making print screen option, and I can't figuring out what to press to make picture of the screen. I tried research but only other options like other buttons for microsoft 10 is not help

I have always been an HP customer but found this Dell to be faster runs well with windows 10. It was easy user friendly setup. No disks to insert to load the software. So far I'm very impressed with this computer. I am just a novice user.

Works better than my old 6 years old Dell. The old one was really slow and gad it cleaned a few times. Said it would need to be replaced so started looking for sale. Bought the larger screen and everything runs perfectly

Love this computer. The size of the screen and all of the inclusions with no tower saves space and makes is such an efficient computer option. Speed and amenities are awesome too. So happy with this choice.

bought this computer 1 year ago and it's still doing everything I need it to do. loving the large screen that is also a touch screen. Speed is incredible.

This was easy to set up straight from the box. The start-up process integrated seamlessly with my current Microsoft products. It’s been a great upgrade to my previous WFH system.

Bought this for my sister and she loves it. She has a few disabilities and between ease of use and the large screen( plus zoom text) she is enjoying more of what she enjoys.

I am very happy with my purchase. This is my first al in one computer. I have had laptops for the last 9 years, and desktops before that. This is very fast, boots up in almost no time. Nice having the 512SSD and the 1TB HD. But I would rather just have a single 1 TB SSD. but I am not complaining with the 1.5 TB total hard drive space. It would be nice to have some of the ports either on the side or in front, maybe 1 USB A 3.0 and SD card slot. But since everything is in back, I purchased a USB-C hub with multiple USB 3.0 ports and micro sd & SD ports. I have it sitting on top of the Dell external DVD burner/drive I also purchased. Since there is no optical drive in this PC. I am getting my full internet bandwidth on this PC. 712 down and 18 up. So pulling up websites, and downloads fly. The huge 28" screen took a little to get used to, since I have been using a 15.6 laptop for quit some time now. The touchscreen is a nice feature, but not sure if I will ever use it. Yes, the cost is over $1k , but you get what you pay for. I am glad I purchased this PC, and don't regret it at all.

So easy to set up and to operate. Love the size of the screen and being able to use either the touch screen or use a mouse. Great built in sound!
