My new Dell is easy, fast, and light. Miss the CD player of my prior laptop, but I’ll manage.

My son uses this computer for school and has no issues with fast it runs.

Perhaps too early to rate this but so far, so good. The 11th gen i3 has plenty of speed for everyday tasks. Good 1080p display. Came with Windows 10S. Created a local account, got rid of S mode, and updated to Windows 11. Works great! Case seems to be a nice quality rigid plastic. Has a lot of legacy connection points which is fine by me. Saves me on adapters! An excellent budget laptop by Dell.

Specification says it has Windows 11. The one I got had Windows 10. Not a biggie if you know how to upgrade. That was a present for my little teen niece for her bday tomorrow. Called Geek squad and they provided so much useless info that I had to cut the call. Luckily, I have a pen drive with ISO for Win 11 and didn't have to go through the Geek squad advices. Best buy should be responsible for what they sell, otherwise, it is not a good business. Imagine someone who has no idea in software. As for laptop, little above average, but very good for beginners.

Bought this Dell Laptop for my wife to replace an older PC that was running very slow. Needless to say she is thrilled with the performance of this PC. It is very fast, starts up quick and surfing the net is now a breeze. The SSD makes a huge difference. Runs Windows 11 great.

This is my first laptop. I decided to buy a relatively inexpensive one to see if I would like. The touchscreen is nice to have. Dell is a manufacturer I trust. I dislike having to set up a MS account to use and not being able to download other browsers initially. I've gotten around that currently.

I am completely happy with my new Dell computer. I am replacing a similar Dell that was 7 years old. I was shopping for a touchscreen computer and this one was by far the best priced. It came with Windows 10, but I can load Windows 11 now.

It's works great. I use it to operate my small online business and it is able to quickly and effectively accomplish all I need. It's light weight and a good screen size.

Its super fast and the screen is really good with great colors

Did end up choosing another laptop over this one.. I love Dell but ended up going for another model instead. Overall great setup and does the job for everyday search needs, school, work, etc!

This touch screen Dell laptop is great for the price and is good for just browsing the web. For its price, you get fast search speeds. It also comes with a camera too.

This computer works well but there are some other issues. The plastic backing on the screen cracked on the left and right side after 3 months use. After one year the power supply plug into the computer has gotten soo lose that I have to sit it on it's side to charge. Called Dell 7 months ago, they said that it was not covered because it is normal wear and tear.

I looked at MANY laptops and this Dell is just perfect with SOOOO many features it's hard to believe it was so economical - under $400.00. It weighs only a little more than 3 lbs so it is easy to tote. The sound and picture are crystal clear and I love it's extra USB ports. Windows 11 is available on the updates; you just need to make sure you want or don't want it in S mode (Updates/Settings). Great laptop and very very happy with my purchase.

Light weight easy to use, I bought this to replace my heavy 2013 laptop. I had bought a chrome book but I use to many spreadsheets for that.

Product works very well but for my daughter for her school work she loves it ease of use long battery

The touch screen does not always respond as fast as it should. The mouse does not always work.

A very nice keyboard layout and significant ports. However, I would have liked the model w/ 12GB Memory - 256GB SSD and Intel Core i7. Unfortunately, Best customer service tech was not interested in demonstrating other selections of the Dell Inspiron models and was in a hurry to just sell what was displayed!

Fast, efficient, and fun. Took some getting used to but worth the effort.
